Ein Atemberaubender Ausblick aus dem Wohnzimmerfenster bzw. Terrassentür was sehr groß ist. Tolle Luft und sehr ruhige Gegend. Was mich aber noch mehr beeindruckt hat war wie sauber es war. Ich hatte bis jetzt noch nie ein Hotelzimmer oder ein Ferienhaus erlebt was so sauber wäre. Hier kann man nicht nur vom Boden essen – hier könnte man Ops durchführen so sauber ist das. Die Couch im Wohnzimmer steht auf einem Podest oder so was Ähnlichem, was man leider auf den Fotos nicht sieht. Für mich war das kein Problem, aber für die Leute mit Knie- oder Hüftproblemen wäre das bestimmt nicht. Sonst absolut empfehlungswert.

Wunderbarer Aufenthalt – sehr zu empfehlen! Wir hatten einen absolut fantastischen Aufenthalt in dieser Unterkunft! Alles war genau so, wie beschrieben, wenn nicht sogar besser. Die Wohnung/Das Haus war makellos sauber, sehr komfortabel und mit allem ausgestattet, was wir für unseren Aufenthalt brauchten. Die Kommunikation mit war von Anfang an hervorragend – sehr freundlich, schnell und unkompliziert. Wir haben uns rundum wohl und willkommen gefühlt. Wir können diese Unterkunft uneingeschränkt empfehlen und würden jederzeit gerne wiederkommen.

On the the edge of Munich so a very quiet place, yet near to everything you want to do. Very comfortable and clean. Mischa is very responsive. Beautiful home with lots of space. Modern design was a bonus.

Die Wohnung von Verena ist super schön und ein idealer Ausgangspunkt für viele Unternehmungen. Auch gibt es viele Restaurants/ Biergärten in der Nähe und wenn man dann zurück kommt fühlt man sich wie zu Hause und kann entspannen. Der Garten ist ein Traum mit Kind. Verena selbst ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und antwortet immer schnell! Alles in allem eine sehr empfehlenswerte, schöne Unterkunft, die genauso wie beschrieben ist und eine Reise wert. Stayed here for a period of 45 days. Very comfortable and homely. Decor has a very personal touch . Peter is very helpful and always available for any help. We had fresh fruits , juices and treats in store. The kitchen is well equipped . Supermarket is 5 mins walk away . Apartment is not too big but has ample of organised storage space . Overall , comfortable stay .

We had a lovely stay at Katharina’s place. The apartment was conveniently located on the tram line so we were able to get downtown very quickly by tram/subway! It was also nice to be away from the hustle and bustle - the apartment was quiet and had a great balcony to enjoy the sunshine. The apartment was well equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It was clean and the bed was comfortable. We also appreciated having access to laundry! Overall we had a great time and would definitely stay again.

Jelena was a great host and we really enjoyed our stay. She went out of her way to make us more comfortable and was quick to respond to any of our questions. Since we traveled from out of country, she helped us with local recommendations as well. You are a quick 5 min walk from the subway that will take you anywhere in the city. A grocery store was right across the street as well, making it easy to make our own simple meals at times. We are glad we booked here vs a hotel. It was nice to have a lot of space at the end of a long day of sightseeing.

Wir hatten eine sehr entspannte Zeit dort. Die unterkunft ist sehr modern und gut eingerichtet!

Saubere und hübsch eingerichtete Wohnung. Liegt super, direkt daneben ein kleines Künstler-Dorf. Fußläufig kann man zur S-Bahn laufen, die Bushaltestellen für den Bus 50 und den Bus 154 ebenfalls gut zu erreichen. Wohnung liegt zentral und man erreichet innerhalb von 15 bis 30 Minuten alle Sehenswürdigkeiten. Gabriele war sehr nett und man fühlte sich sofort sehr wohl. Wir empfehlen die Wohnung unbedingt weiter und werden diese für zukünftige Aufenthalte in München jederzeit wieder nutzen. Vielen Dank an Gabriele

We had a wonderful stay at this place! The apartment was very clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed. It’s located in a great area, and we felt very much at home during our time there. The host was incredibly kind and helpful. They gave us great recommendations for local attractions and places to visit, which really made our trip special. When we had an issue with our car, the host went out of their way to help us – we’re truly grateful for that support! The communication was smooth and warm from start to finish, and we especially appreciated the kind message after our departure. Highly recommended – we would definitely stay here again!

Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit in der Unterkunft. Auch als das Wetter mal ein bisschen schlechter wurde, konnte man sich sehr gut in der Unterkunft aufhalten. Zudem haben wir auch reichlich Tipps für Aktivitäten bekommen. Wir hatten immer das Gefühl, eine Anlaufstelle zu haben. Es hat an nichts gefehlt. Vielen Dank für den schönen Aufenthalt!

Fairly nice studio apartment, we booked for 4 adults, and were given the idea that it has separate rooms, it doesn't. Beside that, it all went well, the apartment is cosy and nice has everything you need for a short stay, including a well-equipped kitchen. The balcony is the crown jewel. I enjoyed it a lot. Anna, the host is really good. I had a medical emergency a day before we are supposed to check out but gave us an accommodation for another day to help me heal. Her place is cozy and well maintained and all you need is in her apartment. It is walking distance to the metro, and around 10-20min walk to the tourist spots. If you need to do some groceries, there is an Edeka across the street. Overall, I really enjoyed our stay in Munich and I highly recommend.

Wolfger is a great host. A man of culture and generosity. He loves to share his life experiences and create new ones with his guests. The apartment is within 7 minutes walk of Neuperlach Zentrum Ubahn, from where you can be in Central Munich within 15 minutes. The shopping centre at Neuperlach Zentrum has every shop you could expect, and there are plenty of places to eat if Wolfger can't tempt you with a homemade dish.

Es war unsere erste airbnb Erfahrung und wir werden es wohl wieder tun :-) Es hat uns super gut gefallen bei Chris und Laura. Die Kommunikation lief super und verlässlich ab. Erding ist aus unserer Sicht sehenswert und wir konnten von dem schönen Domizil aus allerhand mit unserem 9-Jährigen erleben, z.B. Therme, Legoland, Kletterwald, München Stadt… Wir hatten ein Mietauto für unsere Reise am Airport gebucht. Zurück zur Wohnung: Wir haben den Whirlpool mit angemietet und das war richtig toll. Die Wohnung ist total schick, super ausgestattet, persönlich und gemütlich, alles top! Wir waren sehr zufrieden, würden das Domizil weiterempfehlen und bei Bedarf wieder buchen wollen. Danke noch mal an die Gastgeber.

Der Aufenthalt war wirklich toll. Alles was wir brauchten war da. Die Location ist sehr schön und man fühlt sich gleich angekommen. Ein besonderes Plus gibts für den Whirlpool, den man mit Holz anheizen kann. Das war ein großes Vergnügen. Die Lage zum Ammersee ist sehr gut, man sollte abet auf jeden Fall mit dem Auto unterwegs sein.

Es gibt im Haus mehrere Wohnungen. Der Balkon wird geteilt mit einer anderen Wohnung, der Garten sowieso. Da auf Balkon und Garten das Rauchen erlaubt ist, sind wir vor dem Einzug wieder abgereist. Die Vermieter waren sehr freundlich und verständnisvoll und haben die kostenlose Stornierung in Einverständnis mit uns proaktiv bei Airbnb eingeleitet. Ansonsten eine sehr schöne Gegend. Die Wohnung haben wir nur kurz gesehen, da Michaela noch am Putzen war als wir ankamen.

Es war ein sehr gescmackvoll eingerichtetes Quartier in ruhiger Lage und wir haben uns bestens erholt , ich würde es meinen Freunden weiterempfehlen

it is my pleasure to stay three nights at Monika's house where located in a quiet town and also easy to go to Messe. my room is pretty clean with a kitchen and garden. Monika and her husband are very nice people with good English. I will stay at their house again once I come to Munich.
