Vacation rentals with beach access in Au Cap

Our stay was the perfect conclusion to an amazing trip to the Seychelles. It wasn’t just because of the wonderful, modern, and spotless accommodation, but especially due to the incredible hospitality of the hosts. The family is extremely warm, attentive, and helpful. Upon arrival, we were greeted with homemade lemonade, fresh fruit, and many thoughtful touches that made us feel right at home. Throughout our stay, Steven and his family were always available to answer any questions and, on our last evening, they even prepared a delicious meal for us. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Mahé – it was the best accommodation out of the three that we had on Seychelles.

Michel's guest home exceeded our honeymoon expectations. This beautiful home, up on the hills overlooking the beaches of central/southern Mahe is walking distance (or a short drive if you choose to rent a car) from a calm and peaceful beach as well as a local restaurant which Michel recommended to us...it did not disappoint! My wife and I went there twice and the catch of the day was our favorite. This was one of many recommendations Michel gave to us during out stay. We even got fresh papaya from Michel local tree as a treat. If you decide you want to save some money and eat in, there is a grocery store just down the hill from the house. This air b&b is equip with all the basic cooking supplies you should need. It may be difficult to find the house off the main road, even if using navigation. There is a small sign tacked up to the electric post right as you are supposed to turn off the main road, however we still did not see it easily. We told Michel our expected arrival time and he and his family were keeping an eye for us to help once we were off the main road. We found it easier to located the house off the main road while it was still light out. We would stay here for weeks if we could. Everything is so lush and beautiful and if you look out on the balcony you can see bats flying around in the sky.

A super friendly hostess and a sparkling clean apartment – everything was perfect! I felt very comfortable and would come back anytime. Absolutely recommended!

The trip to Danielle was amazing!The place was easy to find on the map, it is located near one of the best swimming beaches of Mahe (3 min walk). We really enjoyed the friendliness, responsiveness and willingness to always help our hosts! Special thanks for the treats from your own garden,it was unforgettable delicious! In the very hall there is all necessary for a comfortable, safe stay on the island! If we are going to relax again on Mahe Danyella will be the 1st option! Thank you so much!!!

A very nice and fresh apartment! The beach is just across the street 😍 the balcony is very nice with a view of palm trees. Francis was very welcoming and made sure we had everything we needed. Would definitely recommend!

I would like to share my positive experience with my recent stay at your place. The stay was just amazing! The view of the sea was breathtaking and made my vacation very special. The bathroom was well maintained and offered everything you could ask for. I would particularly like to emphasize the kindness of the host, who always tried to make my stay as enjoyable as possible. Check-in and check-out went smoothly, making the whole process very straightforward. I would highly recommend this place!

This is a terrific beach house right on the beach and one of the best snorkeling sites we visited on all the islands. We saw coral, loads of different fish, turtles, rays and even a small shark. There is a great restaurant just 5 min walk away, a supermarket just round the corner and of course sunsets every evening from the balcony. The house is very well cooled, well equipped and tastefully decorated in blue and green just as the label says. We spent 5 days here but we’re sad to leave and could easily have stayed longer.

Pamela's place is exactly as described and photographed. It is very comfortable and Pamela is a super nice host who takes time to personally greet each guest! The space Pamela created for us is comfortable and functional. The air conditioner is strong and eleminates the humidity in the bedroom area and adjoining rooms. The bathroom is large with a very nice heated water shower. She provides all the adminities one needs and even provides a bit of food. The location overlooks the town. It is a steep but rewarding walk or an easy drive or bus ride. The app is essential for riding the busses as the bus system is not on Google maps, but the app provides identical information, just at much slower speeds. There is street parking at the end of the driveway if you are driving. All and all, a highly recommended place to stay. Tip: be sure to ask Pamala how to fill out the online advance arrival form for her place if you fill it out before she gives you the specific info needed.

This place was absolutely fabulous. Great estate area, very secluded yet accessible and close to the most beautiful beach on the island, that felt almost private. The home is well equipped and has air conditioning, that made our sleep perfect. The host was very helpful getting some additional items for the kitchen we asked for. The location is perfect and the bus stop is very close by. We managed to stay 10 days and travel around the island by bus only, without the need to book a car. We highly recommend that place.

This is the best accommodation and place in Seychelles that there can be! Wonderful hosts, very responsive and attentive! I recommend it to everyone!

Thanks to Hazel, our stay in the Seychelles was wonderful. Hazel is very welcoming, kind, and always ready to help! We really liked the accommodation – everything was comfortable, beautifully designed, clean, and had everything we needed. The grill was a great bonus – we used it to cook fresh local fish. Within walking distance from the house, there’s a beach, supermarket, fruit shop, fish shop, restaurant, bank, pharmacy, and several takeaways. A special thank you to Hazel for the lovely surprise at the end of our stay – it was so unexpected and truly appreciated! We sincerely recommend this place and hope to stay here again in the future!

The whole island is trully Eden. Tranquile surrounding, lovely gardens all arround the villas. Upon arrival you are provided with a cart, no cars allowed in the resort, which only adds to the overall experience. The villa itself is very spacious, well equipped, with excellent terrace overlooking the water. Check in and out was easy and Tina made evrything smoothly and efficiently. We would deffinitelly love to come back one day.

The home is beautiful, well-laid out, and so comfortable. It's incredibly clean, and John was so helpful and responsive! Seychelles is a dream location in every way: the beaches, the people, the colorful locale, the decor. And Eden Island really shows off all that is exquisite about Seychelles: from our private pool to the beach outside our door, to the buggy we could use to jot around the island, to the fitness center. And the home, which is so tastefully decorated. The host--John--was available whenever we needed. All in all, a really wonderful visit.

The Seychelles has been our best vacay with sunbathing, hiking, snorkeling, diving, Easter church services, surrounded by the most beautiful nature! We loved the Seychelles as well as Marcella's place! It is clean, spacious, well-furnished, and the view is absolutely amazing! Marcella was very responsive, and helped us kindly incl. late check-out. We would not recommend coming without a car but also enjoyed walking to the beach and restaurants sometimes. The location is great for a start, maybe staying in the south or one of the other islands is worth a consideration next time. One downside may be the price. Others are temporary construction noise around, missing refills (e.g. toilet paper) or on request (e.g. salt, trash bags), no AC in the living room, in the bedrooms it didn't always cool down, and parking can be tricky. Villa is quite high up giving you the best views of both sunset and sunrise, absolutely stunning views, worth every penny! Edmund is a great host, good communication and very helpful. The Villa is very spacious, clean and I couldn't fault a thing. I would highly recommend car rental and preferably automatic as the Villa is in a steep slope. if you have booked this Villa you will definitely enjoy your stay. We had an amazing time at Villa Rousseau! Alison was helpful, kind and welcoming and Vanessa went above and beyond to make us feel at home! The apartment is very clean, well maintained and comfortable. The view is breathtaking! We rented a car (with Alison’s help) and it was delivered directly to the Villa. We would highly recommend this stay!

The apartment is beautiful, clean, and super comfy, with attention paid to every small detail. Fully equipped kitchen including everything you need and even more (a Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, and waffle maker just to name a few). The view from terrace is exactly the same as on the photo. The apartment has good AC and ventilators in every room plus on the terrace. Comfy bed with good linens. Beach and shower towels are provided. The place is quiet and private, and the location is great. John was the best host! He always responded fast, gave me his full support, clear instructions, helpful information. He helped me a lot when my flight was canceled last minute and I had to change my plans - date change, plus early check-in and late check-out were provided free of charge!!! I couldn't ask for more! I highly recommend everyone book one of his places for a vacation you won't regret!!!

We really enjoyed our first vacation in the Seychelles. It's really heavenly and people are warm and respectful of their islands. We would like to introduce the Seychelles to our daughter and we will keep this address for a future opportunity and for our friends and family. Shirley and Gilbert were incredibly welcoming, kind, and always quick to respond to any questions I had before and during my stay. Gilbert even kindly offered me a ride on my last day, as I didn’t have my own transport. The accommodation is spacious, well-equipped, and the WiFi worked perfectly throughout my stay. There’s air conditioning in the bedroom, and a fan in the living room—which makes the living area a bit warmer than the rest of the house. I also appreciated the convenient drinking water dispenser. The location is great, especially for travelers without a car. Baie Lazare is just a 21-minute walk, Petit Anse about 40 minutes, and there are mini markets, a pharmacy, takeaways, and a small fruit market all within a 10-minute walk. Plus, there’s a bus stop right in front of the property. As a solo traveler, I felt very safe both at the accommodation and in the surrounding area. Thank you so much for everything!
