Excellent accueil de George, toujours disponible et prompt à nous renseigner. La chambre est spacieuse, lumineuse et d'une propreté irréprochable. Le petit balcon est un plus appréciable. En somme nous le recommandons sans hésiter et espérons y séjourner à nouveau.

Sofia is a very warm and welcoming person. We were touched by the hand-written list of personal recommendations she had for the local area. The place itself was lovely too. We liked the two balconies, the comfortable bed, and beings steps from the sea. The house, exterior and exterior, were of high quality craftsmanship. I would gladly recommend her place to others coming to Poulithra!

Toller Aufenthalt! Die Wohnung war sehr sauber, gut eingerichtet und perfekt gelegen. Das absolute Highlight ist der direkte Blick auf die Akropolis – besonders abends! Alles war gut organisiert . Der Gastgeber Evangelos ist sehr freundlich. Gute und einfache Kommunikation.

This place really felt like home. From the second we walked in until we left we felt like we were staying with family. The views were spectacular and we were close enough to enjoy the town but just far away to feel like we were tucked away in our own little secret spot.

We just spent one night here for a layover. However, you could easily make this a destination. The home is even nicer than described. The pool and backyard area look like they belong in a magazine. The location is a 2 minute walk from the sea, 5 minutes to a beach and 10 minutes to all kinds of restaurants. Wish I could've stayed longer. The host was even kind enough to arrange our pick up from and transfer to the airport. Book this place with confidence.

Μεγάλο και άνετο διαμέρισμα, σε πολύ ήσυχη περιοχή. Η βεράντα όπου μπορούσες να καθίσεις και να απολαύσεις τον καφέ ή το ποτό σου ήταν εξαιρετική, με υπέροχη θέα! Σίγουρα θα το ξαναπροτιμήσουμε!

We liked the apartment very much

Perfect location for a getaway! We loved the traditional design of the rooms. The room and the bathroom were spotlessly clean and the room service came daily. The bed was very comfortable and our balcony had the perfect sea view. The greek breakfast is strongly recommended. Beautiful seating areas all around and especially on the terrace. It is close to a beautiful beach that was not crowded at all in June. Basically everything you can ask for if you want to have a cool and calm beach vacation. The temple is only a 45 minute hike. We would and probably will come again!

Great apartments, well appointed, owned and designed by an architect, so amazing attention to detail with beautiful decorations, everything you could need in the kitchen and bathrooms. Always someone on reception too to help. Beautiful rooftop too

Bardzo czysty i zadbany domek świetna lokalizacja widok rano z sypialni jest przepiękny Jesteśmy bardzo zadowoleni z pobytu wszystko było na najwyższym poziomie Jeśli będziemy jeszcze kiedyś w okolicy na pewno zatrzymamy się w tym obiekcie.

We had a great time, excellent location, close to the city center and the sea, especially kind and pleasant service from Vasilis the counter worker. Highly recommend

This was a great spot for a night stay in Athens! The rooftop, gym and delicious breakfast were highlights for me. And I love that it was walking distance from everything I wanted to do. I felt very safe in the area to be out at night as well. Would definitely rent from there again.

Manifesto is a great place, we had a fantastic time. Spectacular views, great pool, serenity all arround. Eva was apsolutely amazing and helpful with many recomandations and tips. We will hapily return.

This has been one of the most outstanding places we have ever stayed in! Every view around the property is glorious! The place itself is utterly gorgeous, luxurious, and the area is beautiful and peaceful, and the pool! Oh that pool, just the best ever infinity pool, 18 metres long, little beach next door. Views across to Hydra and other islands. Our terrace was big , and comfortable seating provided. Breakfast was excellent. John was most helpful and responsive. We loved every minute of our time there. As well, only 25 minutes from Hydra island by ferry, and 12km from Ermioni port to travel anywhere! We were sad to leave. Many thanks to John and his delightful staff.

Das apartment war sehr schön, insbesondere der Balkon mit wunderschöner Aussicht. Wir waren Anfang April dort und es war sehr ruhig - perfekt um zur Ruhe zu kommen. Die Küche war für uns super ausgestattet, so dass wir gemütlich auf dem Balkon frühstücken konnten. Wir würden immer wieder buchen (:

Solides Hotel mit einem wirklich großen und ansprechenden eingerichteten Zimmer. Die Kommunikation war schnell und proaktiv und ich konnte noch spontan für den selben Tag ein Zimmer buchen - danke dafür! Die Straße nebenan ist zwar laut, dafür wurden aber dankenswerterweise Ohrstöpsel bereitgelegt. Insgesamt ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt.

It is located conveniently near the airport and is relatively close to a metro station. It is a nice place to stay if you want to stay in a quiet calm area.

Great place in the heart of Athens, away from noisy streets and close to many places of interest. Room was clean, entrance was easy. I asked for a couple more hours before check out and they had no problem. Perfect.

Το κατάλυμα είναι εκπληκτικό, σε ήσυχο σημείο του νησιού αλλά και σε περιοχή που τα έχει όλα!! Η αλήθεια είναι πως μας εξέπληξε για το πόσο ανετο , ευρύχωρο και προσεγμένο ηταν !! Η σχέση ποιότητας τιμής θα μπορούσα να πω πως το αδικεί, πετύχαμε διαμαντάκι σε καταπληκτική τιμή γιαυτό και παρατείναμε τις διακοπές μας !! Θέλαμε να επισκεφτούμε και την Ύδρα οπότε προτιμήσαμε να κρατήσουμε το κατάλυμα μας και να κάνουμε την επίσκεψη μας μόνο ήμερη με τα δρομολόγια που παίρνουν από τον Πόρο. Ο Αλέξανδρος είναι καταπληκτικός, ευγενικός, χαμογελαστος, πρόθυμος και πάντα εκεί να σε εξυπηρετήσει!! Μείναμε στο νησί 3 βραδια, οι παραλίες είναι φανταστικές, οι τιμές πολύ καλές, το φαγητό εξαιρετικό!! Περάσαμε φανταστικά!! Ευχαριστούμε πολύ για όλα!!

10/10 Stay! The Hostel was located close the all the sightseeing spot. The room was perfect for the pice and the host and other guest were friendly aswell. Would stay there again ;)

We loved the decor, the high ceilings, the roof deck, the patio, and so much more. The location was great, easy walking distance to Metro, restaurants, and more. The rooms are comfortable and clean, and the kitchen is well-equipped. There was plenty of space for our party of six to spread out and be comfy. Panagiotis is so kind and helpful, always quick to respond to questions. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and would happily stay again.

Έμεινα ένα βράδυ στο κατάλυμα και έμεινα απόλυτα ικανοποιημένη. Ο οικοδεσπότης ήταν ευγενικός, πρόθυμος και πολύ εξυπηρετικός από την πρώτη στιγμή. Ανταποκρινόταν άμεσα σε κάθε μήνυμα που του έστειλα, με ευγένεια και ακρίβεια, κάτι που έκανε τη διαμονή μου ακόμα πιο άνετη και ξέγνοιαστη. Το κατάλυμα ήταν όπως ακριβώς περιγράφεται, καθαρό και τακτοποιημένο, αλλά αυτό που έκανε τη διαφορά ήταν σίγουρα η άψογη επικοινωνία και η προθυμία του οικοδεσπότη να βοηθήσει με οτιδήποτε χρειάστηκα. Τον συστήνω ανεπιφύλακτα και θα χαρώ πολύ να ξαναμείνω στο μέλλον!
