It is a 5 minute walk from the Acropolis museum and 10-15 minute walk from Monastiraki and Ermou shopping. On the 5th floor: LIVING ROOM: Double living room with a large comfortable sofa, and 4 armchairs, built in plasma TV and fireplace. The large windows open to a big veranda with two armchairs, bench and small coffee tables. KITCHEN: The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge/freezer, stove, oven, kettle, dishwasher, accessories and cutlery. Off the kitchen is the breakfast room with a table and 4 chairs. This room also opens up to a small veranda. GUEST WC: This is the 3rd WC in the flat and is convenient when the house is full. On the 6th floor MASTER SUITE: The master bedroom has plenty of storage and cupboards. The double bed is very comfortable and a bedside table on each side together with built in reading lights. All linen is kept in the cupboards in case guests need additional towels or sheets. GUEST ROOM 1: The 1st guest room has a comfortable double bed, lots of storage space and opens up to a veranda which is shared with the 3rd guest room. GUEST ROOM 2: The second guest room is ideal for children as it has 2 single bunkbeds and a baby cot. The bunk beds dimensions are 90x190cm and the cot bed is 120x60cm. There is also a small built in desk area, cupboards and a few children’s books. This room also opens up to a balcony. SHOWER ROOM: The two guest rooms share this bathroom. It has a sink, toilet and built in shower. LAUNDRY ROOM: In this small room you will find the washing machine, ironing board and plenty of cleaning materials. BOILER ROOM: Also used a small storage area for drying racks, mops etc. Full access to the hall area of the apartment. The home is only a five-minute walk from the Acropolis museum and 10-minute walk from Monastiraki and Ermou shopping.
