HVAC that you control. Solar powered & green cleaning supplies! Awesome shared patio space! Speaking of our patio, we typically have legal marijuana growing there. If you want a free sample, let us know because we are happy to leave you a pre-roll or two. But remember, only smoke outdoors!

Union Station: 20 minute walk to the U.S. Capitol and Union Station are within walking distance. Union Market and Eastern Markets are close by.

Gracie's Place on Capitol Hill

Furnished suite in a Capitol Hill/H Street/Atlas District home consisting of the entire third floor: master bedroom with queen bed, walk-in closet, dining table, and kitchenette. The second room has a twin bed and cable TV and a desk. Spacious full bath. This is not a separate unit, we live on the lower two floors. We have a small Lab mix who might bark initially but then loves everyone. The stairs are blocked as she is not permitted in the guest suite.

This is a great location where restaurants, bars, coffee shops & grocery stores are within walking distance. We are a quick bike ride, taxi, or rideshare away to Capitol Hill, the National Mall, Smithsonian museums, the convention center, and downtown Washington, DC.

Walk down the stone steps and through the red door into a Capitol Hill crib. This unit measures 700 square feet and features a long, open layout with ceiling spotlights. The bedroom boasts a Casper mattress for a peaceful night’s sleep. The unit features a kitchenette with a small refrigerator but no stove. Laundry is also in the unit and free to use. Note: If you don't like the occasional sounds of toddlers, this is not the place for you.

Steps away from Lincoln Park, cute cafes, and some great restaurants in Capitol Hill (The Roost, H Street Corridor, Barracks Row, and Navy Yard). Accessible to public transportation, grocery stores, and many tourist attractions. Very bikeable and safe. The space is professionally cleaned and a parking permit is available upon request!

Solar-powered end unit property with tons of natural light. Recently renovated row home with a separate lower unit apartment near Union Market and NoMa. Note: The guest who left the 1 star review smoked weed in the unit and was mad at me for saying no smoking allowed. I’ve never gotten a 1 star review and that guest was the worst guest I’ve ever hosted.
