Between both there is a hallway with a DRESSING ROOM for clothes, suitcases, a code safe that You can program and pillows of different hardness. - HEATING: it is centralized and programmed. Before you arrive, you will connect for greater comfort. The Maribel track is located approximately 70 meters away. -In the same building on the third floor I have another apartment advertised on this website. -The ideal occupancy is 3 guests, but we allow a maximum of four at the same price (in that case, please let us know so we can prepare it for four guests). -We are registered as a VUT (Tourist Use Housing) with the Junta de Andalucía. Therefore, we are required to request a record of travelers, which is sent to the police website. - No PETS permitted. - No PARTIES or annoying noises are allowed for neighbors. - Failure to comply with these sections will be grounds for cancellation of the contract. - Please DO not SMOKE in the apartment or with the windows open, nor on the staircase of the building.
