Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Atibaia

Viviane was very kind and agile in communication and has kept the house with the same standard of infrastructure since March 2023, when I was there for the first time. All my family and friends who were with me during this stay and the previous one loved the coziness of the house, the decor and its architectural style. A small family accommodates very well. Tomás is an excellent host, responds quickly and kindly, and provides useful information and tips to enjoy the place. The sun house is rustic in style but very comfortable. Spacious bedrooms, living room and kitchen. The bed in the master bedroom is very comfortable, and you can see Tomás' care in choosing bed linens and blankets. To be perfect in my opinion, it would be to put a shower stall in the bathroom with a gas shower and a few more kitchen utensils. But nothing that has hindered us. The staff is helpful and discreet. It is worth it for those who are looking for silence, rest and contact with nature.

The house is impeccable, exactly like the photos! Simone, who is responsible for taking care of the house and receiving guests, was EXTREMELY kind and helpful even before check-in. It's worth every penny to hire her services! The view from the house is sensational, the whole land itself is a delight! But we ended up making the mistake of following WAZE and ended up on a dirt road that would shorten the stretch, but because of the rain it was impossible to pass, because there is zero lighting or cell phone signal! You have to follow the house instructions that Simone sends before the stay, the signs or GOOGLE MAPS!

Hello! Cris's place is a little piece of heaven... an indescribable calm. If you want peace and quiet, I highly recommend Cris's place. We will definitely return in the summer with my parents... my father is passionate about fishing... and the exit from the house is at the dam. Thank you Cris for giving us such a nice weekend! Marcelo’s place is truly special and absolutely worth a visit! Super comfortable and surrounded by lush forest, it feels like staying in a charming treehouse. The bedrooms are cozy, with high-quality bed linens and towels provided in more than enough quantity. The bathrooms are excellent, with hot, relaxing showers. The kitchen is chef-worthy — fully equipped and seamlessly integrated with the outdoor area, making the whole experience even more enjoyable. The jacuzzi works perfectly and stays nice and warm. Marcelo is a top-notch host: always available, incredibly kind, full of great tips, and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable — even gifting us a bottle of wine and a delicious cake. We loved every moment and will definitely be back!

Impeccable cottage! Well-equipped, clean, quiet environment and with one of the best views I've ever seen. Communication with Thiago was excellent, I hope to have the opportunity to come back more often!

The days we spent in the cottage were great, one thing I always value is the cleanliness and the smell of the sheets and blankets and they were extremely clean and fragrant, even because we have rented other places where it smelled like mold, the cottage was very clean and fragrant and everything in the photos is exactly the same in the environments, they were wonderful days...

My family and I really enjoyed staying . Tranquility, fresh air and even with cold and a little rain we were able to enjoy all the spaces of the house and spend a cozy and unforgettable Mother's Day.

Easy check in and location, cute little apartment

The atmosphere is really as described in the listing (cozy, beautiful and organized). The host responded quickly and clarified all our doubts. The concierge team is also very helpful, attentive and kind. Regarding the neighborhood's safety… there are many homeless people and drug users scattered around the square (something common in any Brazilian state), but just be cautious and don't fool around. Finally, the stay was good and I would possibly stay in the same place again.

We arrived at the accommodation 3 hours before check-in and Luciano kindly let us check in early. The loft is centrally located, close to several tourist attractions. The loft is exactly like the listing photos. We loved the stay and would recommend Luciano's accommodation.

Perfect. Cozy, clean, modern, comfortable, with everything you need for a stay. I'm from the countryside, I loved the 22nd floor, incredible view of a big city with planes flying through the sky all the time. We love the experience. Gratitude. I would return whenever necessary, as the view is so incredible.

The Bluehaus apartment is very nice, we went with my partner and it has everything, very well equipped! The room on the second floor has a spectacular view, and so does the terrace. One of the best neighborhoods in São Paulo, very close to supermarkets, restaurants and shops. They were very helpful in answering all our questions. I recommend anyways!

Spacious apartment and, although integrated, it has well-separated environments, kitchen, living room/TV, large bed and a balcony that has a small table for up to 4 people and a desk with a comfortable work chair. The hosts left some treats that, in addition to showing attention and care for the guest, make all the difference for those who arrive tired and with a busy routine. The apartment has a 25-meter heated pool on the ground floor, with a gym and sauna, and another smaller pool on the rooftop with a great view. The highlight of the location is the proximity (5-minute walk) to the Morumbi and Market Place malls.

The apartment was very clean and organized as always. We stayed again!!! I feel at home!!! And whenever we're in Campinas, we'll stay there!!! I highly recommend!!!
