Watch the sunset from the backyard patio, spend the afternoon kayaking on the beautiful 1000's Island waters or fishing from the newly built 65ft dock. The water is clear and clean, perfect for swimming and water activities. Very clean shoreline (no weeds). It's a beautiful, peaceful and private place.

Make some memories at this unique, year round and family-friendly cottage. Relax and unwind in a 1890’s cottage completely renovated in 2022. Located in Morristown just minutes from the boat launch where you can enjoy the St Lawrence River. Plenty of room to park your boat and trailer. Scenic Black Lake is only 6 miles away. If you enjoy golf and great food take a short 4 mile drive to Langbrook Golf course. If you don’t feel like cooking Bedrock Cafe and Spirits is 1/2 mile from the cottage.

Enjoy the countryside on 15 acres of woods backing on to Graham Lake. Tucked away from the road, our guesthouse is family and pet friendly. The bathroom is newly renovated. Outdoors it boasts a lovely campfire area, a patio table and a large grass yard. Enjoy our gardens in the summer and our laying hens year-round.
