Romantic Getaway at a Guesthouse near Downtown Atascadero
We offer a full service guest house, with a private entrance. With attention to every detail and decorated with a fun mid-century modern flair! It has one bedroom, one bath, kitchen with all the amenities (including a stocked coffee station), and living room featuring a smart tv, and satellite. We offer WIFI as well. Should you need to do laundry, we have a brand new washer and dryer for your convenience. The guest house has a private deck which you will enjoy sipping a local wine on and enjoying the beautiful sunset! We also offer an outdoor table with chairs next to the deck for your enjoyment! From booking, to check out we will be available should you have any questions or as needed. Our goal is to make your stay as comfortable as possible. We hope to have the chance to meet/greet each one of our guests while they are staying in the guest house, however if that isn't possible we will have all accommodations ready! We also try and be as flexible as possible, please don't hesitate to ask about early check in, or late checkout if needed. We provide a house binder that contains pertinent information and our "favorites list" for the Central Coast area. Shannon and her husband Reggie live in the main home on the property. The guest house is nestled among many beautiful, mature oak trees in a quaint and quiet neighborhood. It’s centrally located close to downtown Atascadero, with easy access to Highway 101 North/South, and Highway 41 to Morro Bay. Uber Pool on site, for homeowners use, (however ask us in advance about our policy and the possibility of using the pool and or hot tub)

Cottage on a Working Tree Farm on the Central Coast
Wander through redwoods and a working Christmas tree farm, then return to a cozy and updated farmhouse style home. Cook in a supplied kitchen with plenty of prep space, and dine indoors or in a private shady backyard. Curl up on a comfy couch and light candles for atmosphere after dinner. The cottage is hosted by myself Auraly and my daughter Olivia. This is a standalone apartment that has been recently updated. This one bedroom cottage is a cozy getaway in the forest. The cottage has a private outdoor patio and private entrance to the farm. Access is available to the Tree farm, courtyard and picnic area around the cottage, we will have a map for you. If you stay let us know if you would like a tour! We are available whenever a need arises during your stay. We are available by phone for emergencies and by Airbnb app at all times. This is a working tree farm and therefore we will be around the property, as well as available for tours. The tree farm is right in the City of Atascadero, just north of San Luis Obispo. It's 20 minutes from Paso Robles wine country, San Luis Obispo, and Morro Bay. There are great restaurants, wineries, and breweries to discover in the surrounding area. This quiet escape from the city is where you can reconnect with nature and enjoy all the comforts of home. We have onsite parking available, but no public transportation. We have lots of wildlife on the farm, please use caution when walking around and follow the map.

THE NOOK - walkable to downtown
The Nook is the full tiny home experience with modern features including a fireplace, full kitchen, and private yard. You can BBQ or cozy up to the fire pit and soak in the night sky. It's convenient to Highway 101, shopping, parks, Atascadero Lake Park/zoo, golf, hiking, historical downtown, a theater, breweries, wineries, and lots of great restaurants. The Nook is a short 20 minute drive from San Luis Obispo, Paso Robles wine country and breathtaking coastline including famous beach cities.

Downtown Scandanavian home, fully renovated. Located on the north end, it’s just a short walk/ bike ride to fairgrounds (1/4 mile), shops, wineries, restaurants/bars in the city park center (1.5 miles). Enjoy all that Paso Robles has to offer from our charming, eco-forward bungalow. Relax in the large fenced backyard, start up the bbq, or play a round of bocce before heading out to town. Just blocks from Paso Marketwalk where you’ll find food, wine, coffee, and live music a short walk away :)

Maverick Hill Ranch Farm Stay
Come and spend the night in our little red barn. This special place is close to everything, making it easy to plan your visit. Our little barn has a small kitchenette, a large king size bed and a rustic bathroom. We have also included a cool corduroy bean bag that converts into a full size mattress. The room includes a large TV with Netflix and prime, Kurig coffee maker, a variety of teas, outdoor patio with a fire pit. On the property we have horses, cats, chickens and many dogs.

The bungalow is very close to Paso Robles Wine County (15 min) with 200+ wineries and restaurants, also a 15 minute drive to the fun and historic San Luis Obispo which has great food and nightlife. You’ll love the location because the quant neighborhood, comfy king bed, amazing amenities, and fully fenced backyard. Perfect for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families. There are two beds, one real king bed, and one queen size air mattress.

The J Birdsall Banker property was developed from 1917 to 1919. The carriage house was constructed in 1919 and converted into housing during the housing shortage of World War 11 We have always referred to it as the honey moon suite because so many couples have lived there over the last 65 years. Couples still sometimes still stop to look and share old memories The carriage house was recently upgraded with all new interiors and is comfortably furnished
