The small studio is located in the garden-side basement of a beautiful wooden hybrid building, centrally in Berlin-Friedrichshain, between the U5 Samariterstraße and the S-Bahn stations Frankfurter Allee and Ostkreuz, near Boxhagener Platz. The room faces south to a quiet small terrace under the fig tree, pleasantly cool in summer, with underfloor heating in winter. It has its own shower room and entrance, no kitchen, but a Nespresso machine, kettle, toaster and oven.
