This is a neat cottage for a couple or a little family (2 adults & 2 children) situated in the heart of the beautiful valley of Argelès-Gazost. It is a little house of about 40 square meters, with a separated parking and its own garden. At 450m high, it is close to shops (less then 5 minutes from 2 supermarkets) but in a quiet place, on the forest edge, without vis-a-vis. At the start of many walks, a nice trail brings you to Argelès-Gazost in about 20 minutes. Tranquility without isolation.

If you like the Mountain, far from the trendy resorts and mass tourism, and you prefer to hike or ride on the stages of the Tour de France, this is for you. The water mill, unusual lodging thanks to its glass floor in the living room allows you to observe the water flowing under its vaults and the trout that are carried by the current of the private torrent that borders the property. Covering an area of 40m2 on the ground and with its mezzanine it sleeps up to 4 people.

Located in a small Pyrenean hamlet, come and relax in a unique and peaceful setting. Several hiking departures are a few dozen meters away. The apartment is 20 min from the village and resort of Saint-Lary Soulan, and 30 min from the village of Loudenvielle and its lifts for the resort of Peyragudes.
