Guests are welcome to use the common facilities at our home (petanque court, swing...) 5 min drive to St Léonard des Bois, several activities: hiking, horseback riding, mountain biking as well as tree climbing, canoeing and kayaking. 5 minutes away you will find St Ceneri Le Gerei one of the most beautiful villages in France

Facing a body of water, on the edge of the Perseigne forest (Alençon 7 km), a little bucolic corner to escape daily stress. You will be alone to enjoy the space, feeling of freedom, communion with nature. There is enough space for 4 people and their animals to feel good there. There is a dedicated space for working with an excellent fiber connection. Walks in the forest. Golf and water sports center 10 minutes away. Trail tracks. Horseback riding and canoeing possible in nearby clubs.

The Cottage Belmontais is located in the historic center of the village of Beaumont sur Sarthe with easy access to all services and free parking nearby. The accommodation is fully equipped as well as a terrace with a view and accessible to the river and a wooded garden. We offer breakfast on request 5€/pers. The wi fi has now been upgraded to fibre & is rated ‘very fast ‘ As well as the two small lakes there is a dell and bog garden. Surrounding area is excellent for walkers & cyclists. Bikes are available for guests at no extra cost.
