Absolutely loved my stay! The place had everything I needed - a brand-new fridge, washer/dryer, and dishwasher. Super clean and comfortable—it truly felt like a home away from home. Great location too: steps from the beach, and near other respectable looking condos. Loved having an assigned parking spot. Would definitely stay again!

The place was super cute and in a great location. Linda was super responsive and the place was exactly as described. Everything you would need she had! Highly recommended!

⭐️HIGHLY RECOMMEND⭐️ Everything looked exactly like the pictures. Very clean, spacious, quiet, and close to almost everything that ocean city has to offer. The kitchen is beautiful! Safe location. The beach is a few steps away. Access in and out was a breeze. I will be back! So far this place is at the top of my list in ocean city.

Wendy and Chuck were very friendly, responsive, and helpful throughout the process. Their home was adorable, clean, and had everything we needed. The balcony was perfect, as well. Easy access to the boardwalk and adjacent to the amusement park. Parking was easy! thank you for a great stay!

We were fortunate during our particular weekend that OC was not very busy in general. There were no other neighbors present in the other units in the buidling which made it very quiet. No other neighbors also meant we had the deck to ourselves. When it was not raining, the deck view of the ocean was beautiful. The walk to the beach was quick. Anna and Patrick were very accessible, responsive, and kind. It was perfect for our plans and needs.

Colleen's home was amazing! Everything we could have wanted and more. steps from the beach, local attractions, and she is a wonderful hostess. We look forward to coming back! Thank you for everything!

Great host and great stay. Beach right there, mini golf, right there, restaurants. You almost don’t need to get in the car again once you get settled. Room was very clean, quiet and peaceful. 10/10 would recommend.

We really loved our stay here! This was a great place for our getaway to Ocean City. Absolutely spectacular ocean views and you can’t miss the sunrise! The home was exactly as described, everything neat and clean, very well setup for convenience. We were steps away from the beach and parking was easy in a reserved spot. Jason was absolutely great to work with, very helpful and responsive. We would definitely recommend this place and come back!!

This was the cleanest Airbnb I’ve ever stayed in. The place was IMMACULATE. Nice modern furnishings and decor. Everything was incredibly clean, shiny, and pristine, yet still warm and cozy. I felt safe and secure because it is on the first floor, and it’s very quick and easy to access once you park. The neighbors were friendly and the area is very clean and quiet. I never actually spoke with the host because I didn’t need to ask for anything. It was a completely seamless experience. If I had to mention one downside, I’d say it’s a bit on the pricier side, even with the discounted rate I seemed to receive. But that might just be because I chose to pay for the entire two-night trip on my own. In the end, I would stay here again a hundred times over. I’m glad there are hosts and property owners who actually take care of their listings. 10/10. I would absolutely recommend it.

We were coming to spend time in Rohoboth Beach, and it was such a short drive (10-15 min) and very easy to travel back and forth to this apartment in Lewes. Perfect for our family, very homey. We especially loved the porch with a hammock, and the bed in the primary suite was super comfortable. Would come again!

We had a great stay and loved the short walk to the beach! Brian communicated very well and accommodated an early and late check in for us! Would stay here again.

Rich & Fil’s place was the PERFECT spot for me, my husband, 2mo old, and our dog. The space was extremely clean and very comfortable. They had a ton of nice touches that made it exceptionally welcoming - our pup particularly enjoyed the dog biscuits. Separately from the space, Rich & Fil were very communicative, friendly, and hospitable. Don’t wait to book this gem!

We really enjoyed our stay! Comfortable beds and more spacious than I anticipated. Plenty of room for me and my family. Full kitchen to cook some of our own meals. We enjoyed time at both Rehoboth and Cape Henlopen. We didn’t get to check out the pool, but if we come back when it’s warmer, we definitely will! Overall, I felt it was a good value… Yes, you have to drive 10 mins to the beach, but it’s not far at all and it’s right by all the shopping -With tons of good places to eat.

Excellent stay. Completely as described and exactly what was wanted to a stay in town walking distance to shops, food and boardwalk. Linda was easy to communicate with and flexible on arrival and guest additions. Parking: Great. Balcony: Great. A/C: Great. Flatware and appliances: Great. Thank you for a wonderful stay. This place was beautiful, only a couple minute walk to the beach! Nadiia was an amazing host as well, always replied very fast if I had any questions! Perfect place for a peaceful vacation.

I had absolutely the greatest time the most relaxing experience I’ve had in probably 20 years . Kathryne was so amazing to work with!! And the home was lovely! I can’t say enough good things!

My husband and I were here for Boardwalk Rock. The location was perfect and walkable to the venue as well as many great restaurants. He provided everything we needed to make our stay memorable. The view from the balcony was beautiful and in a very quiet neighborhood. We hope to come back soon!

Everything was just as described only better. The view is breathtaking,right on the beach and great location. City bus stop literally outside building took us everywhere for 4 bucks all day! Outdoor and indoors pools and outdoor bar and little shops… it was perfect! Thanks, Lisa…we will be back!
