Prime location with malls ,hotels and hospital within 1-3 km from the house. Food joints at a walking distance. Local transport is easily available. Quiet neighbourhood. The listed property has a bedroom, kitchen, dining area, living room and a bathroom. We also have an induction plate, utensils, tea/ coffee - maker, fridge, and bread toaster.
