The vaulted room "little home" approx. 24 sqm, built around 1824, can be reached via the common courtyard and has a separate entrance including a bathroom with underfloor heating. Our home is 125 m from an organic shop, which also has a bakery counter. Ingelheim city center with shops, supermarkets etc. 820 m away. Vineyards and walking routes are 400 m from the house. Ingelheim is known for its wine. In summer, many wineries invite you to farm festivals with live music.

The almost 30 square meter non-smoking apartment in the heart of Rheinhessen is located in the Spielstraße less than 2 minutes' walk from the playground. Behind it already flows the small Welzbach, which separates the place from the vineyards with countless hiking possibilities. The apartment has cable TV, kitchenette incl. a fridge and, of course, a bathroom with shower and toilet. A crib and highchair can be provided. If you have any questions, just let me know.

Take a vacation in the luxurious ambiance of our guest house. It is part of our vineyard and integrated into our farm building. Closest neighbour is about 100 m away. The 4-hectare farmhouse is idyllically located among the vineyards and is accessible at ground level on two sides. You can start hiking or cycling directly from the farm. The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering, including a wine refrigerator. Beer pong party people please don't book!

Sprendlingen offers many leisure activities, such as cycling, hiking, Nordic walking, swimming and much more. The property is perfectly suited for 1-3 people. There is no WiFi in the apartment - but the fiber optic cable for the internet is already installed. Think positive, just put the phone aside and do other things. :)

Priceless but nevertheless included: fantastic views over a horse paddock and beyond the Rhine. From here you can start wonderful hikes. In a short time, you're at Johannisberg Castle, Rüdesheim with Drosselgasse, abbey and romantic castles.

The place is great. In the middle of vineyards you will find peace in this small quiet village. The house is wonderfully equipped, the kitchen island is large and there are lots of utensils. It was spotlessly clean, the terrace is very large and has a nice view. If you are traveling with two families, you will find a retreat in the two areas, above and below. Communication with Harry was very courteous and friendly and the check in was impeccable. Thank you so much, we'll be back for sure.

We had a lovely stay even if it was too short. Such a nice place which exceeded our expectations and very friendly and flexible hosts. The flat itself was very cosy with nice views and we felt instantly at home. I would definitely stay here again!

A very special gem in the beautiful Oestrich-Winkel. This view of the Rhine and the coffee on the river terrace in the morning are priceless. In addition, all great wineries and gastronomic offers, as well as wine tasting stand, supermarket and great bakery are conveniently and within walking distance. The ship is stylish, cozy and spacious. Everything you need + a little more. Very nice contact with the host - we will be happy to come back!
