Half-timbered house located 10 minutes from the A13 and 19 km from Deauville, Trouville, Cabourg and Houlgate. The house was renovated in 2020 and can accommodate up to 8 people. It has three bedrooms: Two double bedrooms, one bedroom with four beds. Upon arrival, the beds are made. The house is connected to Orange fiber. During the summer, from May to the end of September, you can enjoy my heated lap pool, 20 m by 3.50 m, from 10 am to 12 pm and from 2 pm to 4:30 pm. Maison Martigny – Normandy countryside

We were already in love with this area, with our fisherman's house in Trouville-sur-Mer. But we wanted more space for our children, and more greenery. We fell in love with this Norman house that was "in its element". We did a lot of layout and decoration work, to make this place a charming and pleasant little cocoon: to feel good there. It's a perfect place to spend time for families or groups of friends.
