Delicious cottage from 2008, is 250 meters from lovely child-friendly sandy beach. 100 meters to grocery store. Smaller double bedroom, larger children's room with bunk bed, extra pull-out bed. In addition, there are two mattresses. Large bathroom with washer and dryer. Nice kitchen, with everything in appliances, in open connection to the living room. Wifi and with Chromecast in both TVs Attractive garden with trampoline, small football field with 2 acres, and Terrace with gas grill (excl gas). Charging stand SEK 3.50 per kWh

The house is south-west facing and no wind on the terrace even in windy weather. 150-300m to shopping, restaurant, café, Dronningmølle train station. Electric car charging. This lovely old renovated house from 1777 of 240 m² oozes charm and fine facilities for one or more families. South facing large landscaped garden with views of woods and stream from the terrace. Only ten minutes walk from the lovely child-friendly beach, 200 meters away from nearest restaurant, 1500 meter from grocery store, 5 kilometers from closets train station, lots of tourist sights in the area. It's a great house for cozy family times. The garden is very privat and you will have all the abilities to get either an active holiday with lots of sightseeing or just a relaxing holiday in the garden and at the beach.

Detached Annex in an old butcher farm in a small town in beautiful North Zealand . The garden and surroundings are idyllic and can be used . The annex has everything that 4 people need . Located close to shopping and restaurants and 2 km to beach and 56 km to Copenhagen. Close to the station.
