Really enjoyable stay at Maria's house, great host and very responsive to any questions. Very clean and modern accommodation. Very well equipped with all the comforts of home. Loved the roof top terrace for those afternoon bbqs. Highly recommend this place to stay in Broadbeach. Thanks again for making our family holiday perfect.

Great apartment close to everything in the heart of Surfers. Apartment is large, very comfortable with great views. Great amenities - we loved the gym and outdoor and indoor pools. Check-in instructions are very detailed and easy to follow. Pete was super responsive, helpful and friendly. We loved our 3 night stay and look forward to coming back but for longer!

Celebrated my sister's Hens weekend on the Gold Coast over the weekend and stayed at Lisa's beautiful airBnB. There were 5 of us ladies and the unit was perfect for all of us with plenty of space and room to move about. Super clean, everything is exactly as it shows/says. Cafes & restaurants within walking distance and the tram stop 5min walk down the road. Ideal location. Lisa was very responsive and helpful. Shout out to Carly for showing us girls around and making sure we were feeling settled! Highly recommend this unit! ♡♡

This apartment is on the 27th Floor with a free car park. The view is stunning during the day and night. Inside the apartment is spotless clean. We only stayed 2 nights on the weekend and would love to stay longer next time. We definitely will be back and strongly recommend to others. Cheers. 😍

Our stay was the perfect getaway. Absolutely stunning beach & ocean views, beautiful and clean apartment, exceeding our expectations. Convenient location to accessing cafes, restaurants & grocery stores, which are within a short walking distance. We loved our scenic beach walks to other areas of the Gold Coast, making our experience even more enjoyable. Karine was very informative and kind, always ready and available to help. We hope to return on our next visit to Australia. Highly recommended!

This was our second booking with Jose & Liria and will continue to choose them (if available) for all of our future weekend family getaways!!! As per the first time we stayed, they were amazing and accommodating to my family and I. It's absolutely Home away from Home!! It's central to EVERYTHING and unless you want to catch a tram to Pac Fair etc, then everything else is within walking distance. Check in was smooth, check out was also good going. I highly recommend Jose & Lirias place!! It's family friendly and comfortable. if I could give more stars, I'd give 100/10 😁

Great stay – would definitely return! I stayed here last weekend and had a great experience. Brad was super easy to deal with, very responsive and helpful. The place itself was spacious, clean, and in close proximity to many things—restaurants, shops, and attractions were all nearby. It had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. I’d definitely stay here again!

Beautiful property with lovely views of the river. The house was very easy to find, with clear instructions and directions. The parking is great, we easily fit 3 vehicles in the garage. The house was nice and clean when we arrived with added touches of tea/coffee/milk and toiletries. It seems like a little thing but the fact that there was more than one toilet roll was a bonus! The garden is lovely and very well maintained. They have really thought of everything!

Had a great weekend break here, apartment was perfect just what we needed and we couldn’t have asked for anything else. Would recommend to anyone and would definitely stay again, thank you! :)

The property was perfection for a holiday stay!! Everything was just right, the pool and back view was amazing. It was in a great area where everything was easy to get to. The host is absolutely outstanding and helpful. 10/10 would recommend 😍

Great location, super responsive and accomodating host and lovely place. Was a rare find. Conveniently located 10 min walk to surfers or 1 min to tram. Was super quiet. The black out blinds were excellent. Had all the amenities you would need. I do agree with others- the sofa bed is really only suitable for kids now. But the additional sofa was super comfy!

Josie was so helpful - such clear instructions! The resort was a lot of fun, and the kids loved the Splash Zone in particular. Everything was very clean and comfortable in the unit, and it was very conveniently located for the pool, resort exit and a BBQ area.

It is a beautiful spot on the Gold Coast. Even more special is the absolute beachfront location and the VIEWS!! The photo’s are a true representation of Sandi’s place. Our comfort was Sandi’s number 1 priority and she went out of her way to make sure we are being looked after. Communication was super easy. The apartment is well stocked with all your household needs. A very convenient place! Thank you Sandi!

We stayed for 4 nights, whilst visiting the Gold Coast. Perfect location for visiting all the local attractions. It’s very quiet & peaceful. The apartment has everything you need and Karen provided some breakfast items, which was very much appreciated. Also lots of good local recommendations, which was very helpful for us.

Anne’s place is beautiful. It has everything we need plus more. There is no detail that has been missed. We had so much room, a lot of hanging space for clothes. A separate kitchen!! AND a pool. Definitely worth the money and we’ll definitely be back 🥰

From the moment you step out of the lift with private access to your appartment you get the WOW factor!!! Amazing views, a beautifully decorated apartment with many personal touches. We were 2 couples staying for a week and appreciated the bedrooms being 2 doubles with 2 bathrooms. Vaughn has provided above & beyond with a fully equipped kitchen & laundry. The beach which is directly across the road has pure white sand, we appreciated having beach towels provided. We made the most of the comfortable furniture on the large balcony watching para sailing and both the sun rise & sun set. Kirra Beach has a lovely vibe without the Gold Coast traffic, there are lots of little cafe’s & shops for a leisurely walk along the main road. We look forward to a return trip and would like to stay an extra week. Many thanks for an unforgettable stay. Debbie ☀️🌊🏖️
