Cozy cabin at Bortelid. Here you can relax and enjoy the nice view, or take long hikes on skis or on foot. We use the cabin ourselves when convenient. We have locked off a bedroom on the ground floor to private belongings, otherwise you can use the entire cabin. The cabin consists of bathroom, 1 bedroom and living room/kitchen on the 1st floor. In the attic there are 2 bedrooms, a small attic living room and a small toilet. There is also a bed brisk with the possibility to sleep on. You have to clean out of the cabin yourself. This is a cabin with electricity, but without running water. The water is collected in a water post 60 m from the cabin and carried into the cabin. In the cabin there is an internal pumping system that makes that there is water in the tap in the bathroom and kitchen, as well as in the shower. There is a lot of baby equipment available at the cottage such as high chair, cot, pulk, skateboard and lots of games inside. Smart TV, fiber and fast wireless internet - a perfect place for a home office. Installed water, sewage and electricity. The cabin is located by itself on the lower level, towards the water. The cabin contains living room, kitchen, bathroom, 3 bedrooms, hallway, great outdoor areas. There is also a gap you can sit in outdoors. Boat and fishing license are included. Good fishing and swimming facilities. It is close to Evje and Setesdal. Road all the way to the cabin. There are duvets and pillows, but bring bed linen and towels (can be rented if desired).

The cabin also has a patio with a fire pit, perfect for relaxing after a long day out. The cabin is surrounded by snow-capped trees and a quiet, peaceful atmosphere, while the alpine center provides opportunities for skiing, snowboarding and maybe a hike in the local heating room. All in all, the cabin is a perfect place for both winter and summer holidays, where you can relax.

The house is from the 1930s, but 1.etajse has been renovated. 2nd floor, loft staircase and loft are original from 1930. Large lawn on the outside. Canoe available at Ørevatn, 400 m from.

Hytten er romslig og har 10 sengeplasser fordelt på 4 soverom pluss TV- stue med sovesofa. I tillegg er det plass på hemsen til to/ tre på flatseng. Et godt utstyrt kjøkken med kaffemaskin, oppvaskmaskin mv. Eget vaskerom med tørketrommel, vaskemaskin og tørkeskap dekker de fleste behov. Det er mulig å lade elbil på eiendommen.
