Welcome to Villa Maria, our fairy tale guest house in a calm location next to the forest and with a vast garden in the village Lauterbourg in Northern Alsace, France. It's just 5 min by foot to the heart of the village with a couple of bakeries, restaurants, a grocery store and small shops, or 10 min to the beach & lake. It's only 2 min by car from Germany, and a perfect location for exploring the Rhine border region Karlsruhe-Strasbourg, or for a rest on the way when travelling across Europe.

With an area of 65m², the "Gretel" cottage has 2 bedrooms (2 x 2 people), 1 lounge area, 1 living room, 1 fully equipped kitchen, large shower room, independent toilet. Free WIFI. SAT TV. Central heating. Parking at the property.

Old mill recently renovated with care, duplex cottage of 110m2 on the ground. Composed of a living room with TV, a double bedroom and a large room with 4 single beds, and a sofa bed and TV Fully equipped kitchen with coffee machine, washing machine, dishwasher. River view and private terrace with outdoor furniture. 1/2 day access to a private wellness area (jacuzzi, sauna, hammam), is included with the stay, (extension possible depending on availability)

Nap corner: suite in the heart of nature

The nap corner is a 23 m2 studio located in a village. This is an independent suite with a private entrance, in our family home. It's a passive house with no need for heating or air conditioning. It consists of a bedroom with a 1.80 m bed or 2 beds of 90 cm joined with high-end bedding, TV and kitchenette, a bathroom and a separate toilet. It has a private terrace overlooking an accessible orchard. 5 minutes from the amenities of Soutz-sous-Forêt.

Welcome to our home, an old barn recently transformed into a spacious and bright loft. Hoffen is a small Alsatian village, where you can still discover many traditional half-timbered houses, especially on our street. We are 35 minutes from Strasbourg and 15 minutes from the German border. We are also close to Hunspach, voted favorite village of the French in 2020 (5 min), the Chemin des Cimes (10 min), Europa Park (50 min)...

Close to Germany and tourist sites (Fort de Schoenenbourg, Maginot line, hiking trails in the Northern Vosges, ...), the house is located in an old renovated barn and has 3 bedrooms. You will love lounging in our heated indoor pool while listening to the birds sing under the magnificent cherry trees that overlook the garden.

The studio is located in Altenstadt (Wissembourg), above the garage adjoining the house, with a separate entrance. It is perfect for couples (with a 1.60 m bed) and solo travelers. It offers the possibility of cooking (two plates, a refrigerator, a toaster, a coffee maker, an electric kettle, a mini oven, a microwave...) You will enjoy the tranquility of the place, the large garden, the sunrises...
