Here you get access to a charming old house, large green areas, good swimming opportunities, fishing opportunities and a boathouse with access to kayaks, fishing equipment, outdoor toys, fire pan and outdoor furniture. Outside the boathouse there is a large plot and a wood-fired hot tub. The area is child and animal friendly. Water from well, drinking water from tank.

Here you get far away from the city, noise and everyday life, to silence, magnificent and beautiful nature. Who wouldn't want to "land" out here after a busy day and enjoy the waves from the sea.
