You will be charmed by this old 55 m2 gatekeeper's house, renovated in 2025, located at the entrance to the estate. You will find a living room, dining room and kitchen, a shower room with toilet, two bedrooms upstairs, a garden with table and barbecue.

Nearby is Lavardin, one of the most beautiful villages in France and the cave village:Troo. Saturday market with local producers in Montoire 15 minutes away. Around us many hiking trails Wishing you a pleasant stay.
