Welcome to the Moulin de la Plaine estate: a 3 ha enclosed and wooded park on the banks of the Loir with cottages and guest rooms, swimming pool, tennis, ping pong, petanque, bicycles... shared discreetly with our family. You will be charmed by this old 55 m2 gatekeeper's house, renovated in 2025, located at the entrance to the estate. You will find a living room, dining room and kitchen, a shower room with toilet, two bedrooms upstairs, a garden with table and barbecue.

Not far from the Castles of the Loire Valley, 1 hour from Beauval Zoo and next to La Possonnière, birthplace of poet Pierre de Ronsard. Nearby is Lavardin, one of the most beautiful villages in France and the cave village:Troo. Saturday market with local producers in Montoire 15 minutes away. Around us many hiking trails Wishing you a pleasant stay.

Located in a small village between Tours and Le Mans, the Tiny house sits at the top of a hill, surrounded by greenery where our two ewes graze. Let yourself be surprised by the calm of the forest. This waterfront cabin surrounded by other fishermen's cabins is entirely made of wood.
