Vacation rentals with a patio in Arthurs Point

I would definitely book this place again. The location was perfect, the scenery from outside the balcony and seeing that view everyday in the morning and night was beautiful and overall the amenities and services given and provided were great. What I loved the most about this place was the location, it was a walking distance to QT CBD where we did quite a few activities and attractions such as the “Skyline Gondola and Luge”, “KJet Boat Ride”, “Fear Factory”, “Ice Bar” just to name a few popular things to do in QT and many more. Although, there was one thing I disliked about the area was the driveway. There is a steep hill to get to the place so if you decide to drive in definitely wouldn’t recommend a big car especially when the road is wet as it could be a struggle for some people driving up the hill. Other than that, nothing else I could dislike about the place besides the steep driveway. Thanks to the host team for accommodating us and being super responsive.

Magnificent views, truly a spectacular sight to wake up in and soak up the visual feast while on holiday. Spacious, beautiful place. We loved being so close to town with our children. The space was private and well maintained. Couldn’t fault it. We will be back!

We are a couple in our late 30's who were looking for a quiet location we could go in and out of and have time to chill out comfortably if needed. Lake Hayes was a great location as its right next door to Arrowtown and just 25 minutes from Queenstown waterfront. It's a great gateway to all the towns like Cardrona, Wanaka, Cromwell, Gibbston, Lake Tekapo etc. A great alternative to Queenstown. Peter and Jilly are lovely hosts and have a beautiful home overlooking what looks like an oil painting landscape! There are trees and rolling hills and gardens and birdsong, frost in the chilly mornings, and snow capped Coronet peak - it was just a stunning location. Their house is modern and has beautiful high ceilings and is well equipped with everything you need.

We had such a lovely stay. The view was amazing and it was close to town. We really appreciated that it was child friendly and that the hosts kindly provided a cot and high chair for us, even some toys/books that our son loved. There were also extra amenities that were a bonus! We would stay again, thank you :)

We really appreciated having a clean, convenient space for our 2 night get away to the city. We are from the states staying in Twizel but wanted to come to the city for a few nights. The place was perfect with all the amenities. Great for kids. Loved the balcony views! Can’t beat it!

Lovely.Modern,clean,views fabulous, vey comfy,quiet, recommended.Full disclosure though:steep Olympian walk home+driveway and parking tight and tricky,stairs could tax older guests.

The house is really close to downtown, although there is a steep hill walking up if you have no cars. It is equipped with so many cooking utensils and seasonings for cooking, that what I love the most! Also, You can see lake wakatipu from windows.

I had a wonderful stay at this apartment! The host is friendly and always quick to reply and eager to help. During my trip, I had a small unexpected issue, and the host went out of their way to assist me. I really appreciated their kindness and support. The apartment itself is well-organized, and very comfortable. It had everything I needed, including a fully equipped kitchen with an oven, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, as well as a washing machine and dryer. I would love to stay here again if I return to the area:)

What a beautiful place and the kindest hosts you could ever hope to meet! The location is absolutely perfect, and the surroundings are so peaceful! You can feel your stress evaporate as you listen to the birds outside on the deck, sipping your favorite beverage (morning or evening), feeling the sun, watching the sky full of stars. Beds are comfortable, and true blackout curtains if you don't want the morning sun in your eyes lol. Shower pressure is AWESOME, which is a rarity I've found. But what makes a stay truly great is your hosts, and no one could ever ask for better than Kathryn & Nick. This girl with little experience in building fires in Hawaii needed some help, and Nick was happy to oblige, and now I know the upside-down method, which has served me well already in another place! So kind, so friendly, just really invested in your having a great stay. Thank you so much, Kathryn & Nick!

This is hands down the best Airbnb I’ve ever stayed in! The house is absolutely stunning—spacious, immaculately clean, and filled with thoughtful touches that made our stay so comfortable. The highlight, without a doubt, is the breathtaking view. Waking up to such a gorgeous scenery every morning felt like a dream. This beautiful home made our first trip to Queenstown truly unforgettable! My family couldn’t stop talking about how special this place was! The location was perfect, offering both tranquility and easy access to nearby attractions. Every little detail, from the cozy bedding to the well-equipped kitchen, was just perfect. Very nice and tidy townhouse close to Queenstown center. Price is very reasonable. Fully equipment that we need. Very highly recommend.

We loved our stay at McKerrow Place in Queenstown. Sharlene could not have been more helpful and was a wonderful host. The house was (is) superb with a great set up for our family get together. The views over the lake are breathtaking and the house is set up for you to relax into those views. A very special place - made for a magic family holiday - thak you Sharlene we loved it !!

숙소 풍경이 너무 장관이었습니다. 다운타운이랑 가까워서 오고가기 용이했고 조용하고 한적하여 잘 쉬었습니다. 숙소로 들어오는 길이 쉽지 않아 어려움이 있었지만 그외에 모든 컨디션이 만족스러웠습니다. 덕분에 좋은 기억을 가지고 갈 수 있겠어요

Josh’s and Ruth’s place was amazing. It is as described and one of the most beautiful views you can get from an Airbnb. Right smack in the town although you would need to drive out to get your groceries and food. Responsive to queries and promptly solved the issues we faced. Great stay and highly recommend

We could not have loved Wanaka and this condo more! Everything was so clean, located close to the town area, and Alex & Jesper were wonderful hosts! It was 3 days of bliss for us. We would go back in a heartbeat.

Excellent stay with Kate. Her place is thoughtfully decorated with expansive mountain views and felt like home in Wanaka immediately. Great outdoor balcony overlooking the ranges which a BBQ to enjoy some food and drinks. Kate was an incredible host proactively offering baby essential items for our little one, answering questions we had within minutes, checking in to see how I stay was. The property was kept in immaculate condition, place felt brand new with modern amenities like aircon, heating in all rooms and exceptionally clean which was really important for us travelling with a baby and the wider complex had excellent amenities like tennis courts, spa and gym which was an added bonus for an Airbnb. Highly recommend and great place for a family or anyone to come back home after a day venturing in and around Wanaka

The breathtaking views are what capture your attention when you first arrive. Nestled on a hill over looking the lake, this place is stunning. It was everything it said it would be. Fiona was a welcoming host. I could've asked for more. I'd definitely recommend this place to friends and I'm keen to stay here again when I'm next in Queenstown.

Location is great with private parking so you don’t have to worry about finding one far away and shifting luggages. The place I clean and near most of the needed amenities, beautiful surrounding and walking distance to the lake. Full function kitchen with no restriction of what are allowed to be cooked. Jane is a wonderful host ensuring our safe arrival and proactively helped us check on the status of the road closure, ensuring our safe arrival. We were greeted with a warm welcome, chocolate and a pre warmed house. :)

Our favourite accommodation of our NZ trip, everything was excellent! I can't decide if my favourite feature was the super comfortable bed and linen, the heated bathroom floor or the sensor light for the bathroom! Carolyn was great with communication and very helpful. Highly recommended, we will definitely stay here if visiting this area again.
