Pleasant cottage in the countryside, located 12 km from Châteauroux and 13 km from the village of Georges Sand, 1 hour 10 minutes from the Beauval Zoo, on the way to St Jacques de Compostelle, you will rest in peace and enjoy the SPA heated to 38°, a large wooded park with miniature goats and a small pond with fish and frogs will allow you to rest in the shade of a tree, bicycles will be available for walks as we are 1 km from the forest, barbecue and deckchair provided.

This townhouse offers a relaxing stay for the whole family. It is located in a quiet area close to the city center with free and easy parking. The house has been completely renovated, priority to comfort, volume and low energy consumption (B label). It consists of 3 bedrooms, one on the ground floor and two bathrooms to accommodate 6 people. The decoration I did is chic, modern and colorful, embellished with books and some LEGO, of which I am a fan :)

This small house is located 5 minutes from the A20, 10 km from Argenton-sur-Creuse, 10 km from Saint-Benoît-du-Sault, 14 km from Eguzon: you can easily discover this beautiful region. Please note, the house does not have Wi-Fi and the phone network is not very good: you will therefore be forced to relax, rest and enjoy nature! In winter, heating is only by wood-burning stove. You can sit in the armchairs, nice and warm.
