Cozy central, bus, parking under Ulriken

Cozy, sheltered and bright basement level in private home with views and access to garden and own garden furniture. Bathroom and bedroom lockable and kitchen with what you need. The place has what you need for a cozy stay for 1 or 2. Quiet family on the floor above, but a little listen in time by stairs to 2. floor and if we forget ourselves and play the piano:). Ulriksbanen and hiking trails a little walk away. Bus just outside that takes you to the city center in 20 min Grocery store in the community.

Brand new flat, parking!

Beautiful brand new appartement in our house. High quality and standard. Lovely surrondings, close to Mount Løvstakken. Free parking. About 5 min walking distance to city tram. 9 min with tram to city center. You can also take the tram 5 min to «Ulriksbanen». It will take you to the top of mount Ulriken. With one switch the tram takes you to and from the airport. Beds for 4 people. 1 queen bed, possible to seperate beds. One convertable couch, for 2 people. Possible for ekstra bed for child.

Leiligheten ligger i 1 etage i en relativt ny lavblokk på Slettebakken (stod ferdig i 2014), med utgang til uteplass med delvis takoverbygg. Stue, kjøkken og bad er romslig med alle nødvendige fasiliteter. Ett soverom med dobbeltseng. Leiligheten ligger nært bybane (3 min å gå) med hyppig avgang til både sentrum (15 min) og til flyplassen (30 min). 1 min gange til bussholdeplass med hyppig avgang til sentrum. Parkering i fellesgarasje. 10 min gange til nærbutikk, og nærhet til turområder.
