We found 7 1/2 acres here, on the Central Coast, with spectacular views of verdant trees covering rolling hills that reach all the way to the distant mountains south and east of Arroyo Grande Village. Great location! We are 4 miles to the beach and central to local wineries and breweries. You can literally walk to the village of Arroyo Grande. We allow pets--however, no pets July 4th or New Years Eve weekends due to local fireworks. Please contact us first if you have a furry friend. The bathroom is connected to the bedroom. Extra guests will need to walk through bedroom for use.
