Vacation rentals with a patio in Arroyo Grande

The stay at the cottage suite was wonderful! It was a great getaway for just the two of us and our 11 year old Golden, with easy access to the beach, to Cayucos and to Morro Bay. This is probably one of the most nicely appointed Airbnb places that we have stayed. It is not like the typical short term rental flip. You can tell that Edel and Alex have put the same care into the cottage as they would their house, with spot on finishes and trim, comfortable furniture and high end appliances. Definitely will be at the top of our list next time we visit the Central Coast

We went for a family birthday weekend and this was a great place for that! Despite being close to the main street, it was quiet and the outside deck was a perfect spot to hang out and enjoy views of Morro Rock. Everything was clean and ready to go. We would definitely return!

Claudia and Bob are very welcome. The ocean view is the best. It really close to the pismo beach. My family spent a relax time there.

Immediately when we entered the home, we commented on how the beautiful and thoughtful the details were in this home. We noticed all the small things, such as the matching, beautiful colors in different areas. It really felt like a beach home. The amenities were as described. For being so close to downtown and the beach, we didn't hear any street noise from the home. This home is in extremely close walking distance to Pismo beach (under 75 steps) where we enjoyed food, music, the amazing ocean, and people watching. When we visit Pismo again, we will definitely check to see if Jody's place is available first. Again, a lovely place and visit.

What an amazing weekend! We originally booked 2 nights, but extended our stay because we were having the best time. Beautiful rustic property, private living quarters, chic farmhouse vibes, pet friendly, awesome hosts, and GOATS and CHICKENS! Close to everything Paso has to offer, but still private and secluded enough for a weekend break. Fayette and Mariana are fabulous hosts, and we will absolutely stay at this property again! I feel like we really lucked out in finding this spot, and now it’s like a little timeshare that we can book as we please. Thank you for sharing your little piece of heaven with us!

Host were very nice and responsive, and the home was so clean that there was not a speck of dust on my feet. Awesome !!

What a gem! We had an unexpected trip to San Luis Obispo and found this listing. We absolutely loved our stay. Our hosts were very friendly and helpful! The accomodations were exactly what was pictured, quiet, clean and close to restaurants and town. The best part was being able to interact with the horses on the property! Waking up, grabbing a cup of coffee and strolling along the stables and being greeted by the 4-legged residents! Totally unique!

Super sweet studio apartment. Something small and sweet with plenty of walkable activities around the town. Friendly faces and sincerely the sweetest host! My significant other and I had a lovely time for new years getting to relax around and be cozy, while also being immersed in the cute town of Morro Bay. Plenty of activities, stores and restaurants to choose from. I’d recommend stopping here at their place for a few days or to get out of town for the weekend from daily life. I really loved it and would love to come back again! Thank you!

Great place and location. Less than a mile from the property are several good restaurants and shops that are walkable. Only down side was that the ceiling fan in the master bedroom did not work, but the central a/c definitely helped!

Chelsea’s place is a gem in SLO. It is situated in a prime location where you can walk 1 min to the Co-Op grocery store or 4-5 min to restaurants nearby. The house itself had all the amenities listed and was very spacious. It was perfect for working remotely. Chelsea was very responsive prior to and during our stay. Highly recommend!

This place was amazing! This house provides the quality of a 5 star hotel and more. Except that hotels may not feel cozy which this house did! All little details at home, super comfortable beds, beautiful backyard, room for kids with toys… as well as the location was perfect. This was definitely one of the best Airbnbs I stayed at! Thank you for the host who was also very responsive.

We had a fantastic experience staying at Kathy and Richard's place! From the moment we arrived, they made us feel incredibly welcome and at home. The communication was seamless – they were quick to respond to any questions. The property itself is beautiful, clean, and well-maintained. The space was exactly as described – cozy, modern, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. One of the highlights was the lovely backyard, which had plenty of seating and was perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. Highly recommend staying here if you're in the area – you won’t be disappointed! Thanks again, Kathy and Richard, for making our trip so enjoyable. We hope to return soon!

Emma’s place was truly a home away from home! We came here for my birthday/our anniversary trip and loved it. The place was like a peaceful beach cottage, and the hosts were so thoughtful. You could see the effort that went into building this place. The living room, bedroom, bathroom were all so nice- the outdoor area and little office were great. We loved the hot tub and even ate our dinner in the backyard. It could be helpful to know that the house is on a corner of a street and you can hear cars clearly driving by at night, however, the neighborhood is so peaceful and quiet otherwise! We would stay here again because of the central location and coziness of the house! (:

The house is very welcoming with a beautiful backyard. We came for a girls weekend and truly enjoyed the beautiful views and comfortable surroundings. There were so many elements to the house that we appreciated including the eclectic decor, the spacious kitchen, the comfortable living room and cute bedrooms. The alpacas were so sweet and came to the fence to greet us whenever we came down to their area. The backyard area with fire pit was a welcomed afternoon hang out space. Megan, the host, was very accommodating and responsive when we had any questions. We can’t wait to come back for another stay! Arroyo Grande is a very cute area for family or adult vacations and this house seemed to be centrally located to all of our activities (wine tasting, dining in town, and boating at Lopez Lake).

Audra was a great host. Her place is at an amazing location with so much to do nearby. I strongly recommend this place.

We had an amazing time. The home was so cute and inviting. It was very homie and comfortable. Carolyn was very responsive to my emails. EVERYTHING was in walking distance. We went to Splash Cafe, the Cinnamon Roll, Hot Shot pool Hall, Harry's and the pier. We also drove over to the Sand Dune for some off roading. Afterwards we enjoyed some breakfast at a cute 50's diner called Rock and Roll Cafe.

Everything was wonderful at this condo. Clean, great location just a couple blocks from the beach, lots of fun restaurants and shops nearby. Management was very quick and responsive with any questions we had. We will stay here again.

We went to Ca. to visit our son and for medical check-ups. We had a marvelous time. Sleeping in such a peaceful location played a large role in our bonding and recuperation. Lots of pinochle and dominoes. All together we had a wonderful 2 weeks and would recommend Rachel's Cozy Condo to anyone.

It’s not often the actual experience exceeds expectations and beats what you see in the pictures but this property has a perfect location and offers all of the amenities one would need. We stayed here for 2 weeks as a family of 4 and absolutely everything we would possibly need was already included and easy to find; Board games, beach toys, beach chairs even a kite! The rooms were spacious, the master bedroom had an incredible view - better than the pictures would suggest. All of the bedrooms were super comfortable, but clearly the master bedroom Is the winner because of the size and view. We would be happy to stay here again and would rebook without hesitation when we go back next time.

A wonderful place to stay—clean and welcoming. There were labels on light switches, etc, which was very helpful. We were in town for a wedding so we didn’t get to enjoy the nearby amenities but we would love to come back to enjoy the town and amenities in the future! The Red Lobster was a great place to come and relax after a very long day at the car show, away from the hustle. It accommodated us and our two teenagers great. The stocked coffee was greatly appreciated so we could relax in the morning and not have to run out the door first thing. Amber was great at checking in to see how we were doing during the whole stay without being bothersome. Thank you for the hospitality and a great weekend!
