This light and airy studio is perfect for a single or couple. The studio offers a private entrance, off street parking and a Queen Bed , bath, full kitchen and laundry in unit. The Mesa Neighborhood is an amazing location with access to beaches, restaurants, Shoreline Park and the Douglas Preserve within walking distance, is a great place to get away to nature. It is a beautiful 30-minute walk or 5 minute drive to the marina and Stearns' Wharf, 5 minute drive to downtown.

Tiny Cottage in the Oaks, Midtown Santa Barbara

Enjoy the natural beauty of Santa Barbara minutes from beaches, attractions and wining/dining. This tiny Cottage offers a peaceful, cozy and private getaway with a lovely mountain view deck shaded by beautiful oaks. Note the Cottage is tiny, 160 sq. feet. It is simply appointed with a "cabin" feel. It is perfect for a solo traveler or cozy couple with a double (not queen) bed, mini kitchen, and tiny living room. Access requires climbing the stone steps pictured.

A studio size bungalow with a full kitchen. Private deck out back and private enclosed front yard with a fire bowl. Sleeps 1-2 people. Pets okay, unless they're notorious barkers. Please note that there is a $85 pet fee for your pets stay. Many great restaurants, and a natural grocery store (Lazy Acres) .

Oakview Place is a quiet, cozy 1-bedroom retreat in the prestigious San Roque neighborhood. Or, walk a few blocks to Harry's, our favorite watering hole. If you like to hike, Oakview Place is one block to Steven's Park and the Jesusita Trail. Off street parking. No pets.
