On foot you are in 3 minutes in the main shopping street and in less than 1 minute at the old fishing port "el Charco de San Ginés" with numerous restaurants and cafes in a unique setting. The neighbors are locals and the neighborhood is very popular, you will get an authentic insight into life on Lanzarote.

Don't give up being in a central area, it is located 10 minutes from the center of Arrecife and the beach of El Reducto on foot, it also has nearby restaurants, takeaway food services, supermarkets, hospital, taxi and bus stops. We, the owners, do the reception, which is why we will receive you from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM. If you arrive later, ask us about availability and the extra charge that would apply
