Beautiful studio 200m from the beach

Comfortable studio with kitchen and balcony. Building has 24/7 security, rooftop pool with AMAZING views, gym, underground parking (ask before booking), fiber-optics internet and cable tv. For bookings 28 days or more, electricity is billed separately. For bookings 7+ days, a mandatory switch of linens and towels is required every week at an extra cost. Parking spaces are only for 1BR and 2BR, but if we have one available we'll be more than happy to provide you with a parking space downstairs.

Aside from being a great location with safe free parking and lovely rooftop pool area, the kindest thing the owner did was let us check-in when we arrived unexpectedly early, as we had been awake and traveling for nearly 24 hrs. Thank you - because we really needed the rest! One suggestion would be bring earplugs/white noise, as it's close to some rockin' bars. Great stay for the cost! 🙂

Right when you walk in the condo feels clean, updated and comfortable. Then you see the view!! So relaxing and furniture was comfortable. Access to the local bar and grill is wonderful. Food and drinks are tasty, which can be delivered to your room. THEN there is the private balcony with pool upstairs. Gorgeous view, perfect private dip pool.
