House is beautiful, amazing garden and facilities. Pascale was super responsive to any questions, great place to stay.

True to description. We appreciated 2 grocery stores within a short walking distance. As well, easily walked to Lille town centre. Safe neighbourhood with friendly and helpful neighbours. The home was immaculate. The kitchen was well stocked. Very organized and clean. Bedding and linens were also clean and luxurious. Travelling with 4 children we appreciated the use of the toys available to us. It was relaxing and peaceful to sit in the lovely back garden. I would recommend this home !

Great stay spent in this nice, pleasant and comfortable accommodation and close to downtown and the canal. There were also small intentions to welcome us, it was very nice. Thank you for everything!

I recommend this place to stay in Arras. There is everything that you can need in your daily life: a well-equipped kitchen and a cozy upstairs space, your parking space in front of the house, the supermarket is very close, the train station and main square as well. On top of that Véronique is very friendly and attentive.

Fabienne is very kind, available and proactive. The accommodation is very well equipped and the bedding is very comfortable. small touches complete the whole: breakfast, soap in all bathrooms, ironing equipment... A very nice place with its covered terrace. I recommend it.

My family and I had a lovely stay at Sebastien’s. The house is large with lots of space for a big group and nicely decorated. It’s well located to explore other cities nearby like Bruges and Lille. Parking is tricky out front but we parked on nearby streets.

We were pleased with the accommodation. The amenities offered are very useful for a short trip. Pierre's house is warm and access to the garden is very useful when the weather is nice. The space was functional.

We had a pleasant stay in this lovely welcoming house. It is ideally located, a quiet and peaceful area but close to all amenities. Everything was perfect from start to finish. The explanations about the stay were clear, additional information was also available. We fell in love with Marcq-en-Barœul and the accommodation! If we come back, it will be without hesitation at Sébastien's. And thank you again for everything!

The accommodation is a small townhouse on 3 levels, very well located in the center of Lille. Great cafes and restaurants right next door. Parking in a secure parking lot a 5-minute walk from the house was a decisive factor for us. The house is spacious enough for a family of 3 or 4. This is an old detached house on 3 levels but the stairs are not too narrow. The 1st floor where the living room is located is not too bright since the house is in a small, fairly quiet alley, but the bedroom(s) on the 2nd floor are very bright. We brought our own crib and mattress for our daughter, but there was already one in the house but without a mattress. The bathroom and kitchen have been renovated and are very well equipped. The rest of the house is a little more in its original state, which may not be to everyone's taste, but everything is very faithful to the descriptions and photos. David is super responsive and very welcoming.

We booked for a concert in Lille, and the location was perfect: only 30 minutes away, quiet, while still close to the city. It was exactly what we needed to combine relaxation and going out. The property is on a very quiet street which was perfect for us. Walkable to the old town. There are local amenities such as a mini supermarket, bakery, bar and restaurant. The house has a lovely outdoor space. There are 5 bedrooms but two bedrooms are interconnected so anyone staying in those rooms would need to be comfortable in that situation! The other three bedrooms are on the first floor which has a bathroom but no toilet. Wasn’t a problem for us but worth knowing. House is better than the photos! Yvon was very helpful in dealing with our requests. Would definitely recommend.

We were 2 friends who spent 1 night to visit a friend on site. The accommodation was as described, I will add that it is in a cul-de-sac and very quiet. We were able to park in the cul-de-sac itself. The decor is neat and the rooms are very spacious. A small outdoor area was very nice for a game and aperitif before going out. 👍🏼 Thank you Sonia 🙏

Matched the description and responsive host

Florence has a lovely house, a great place for 4 of us to stay. She was a great help with her recommendations for restaurants and how to get around Lille.

We went with a group of 6 friends and we had a very pleasant stay! The place was very clean, nicely located (near the train station where you can take a direct train to Lille in 20 mins), and the jacuzzi is definitely worth it! We would for sure come back!
