Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Arraial do Cabo

We love the accommodation, we feel at home. We were very well received by Jorge, with a flexible check-in and check-out and many kindnesses such as mineral water in the refrigerator and tourist tips. Wonderful shower, excellent bed and bedding, the pleasant surprise was the sofa bed in the living room, which is as comfortable as the bed, which is already so good. Oh, the pillows, super comfortable. On the street of the residential area, a non-swimmable canal with a beautiful view and many boats, including benches to watch the sunset. Also a bakery that sells a perfect French bread, on the same sidewalk. Close to beaches and shopping malls by car, about 10 min. I found it great value for money.

The apartment is gorgeous, well decorated with two smartvs and several amenities. Arrival instructions are clear. The condominium is excellent, with a beautiful pool. The porter is helpful and nice. It was a great experience for my family.

Getting to know Arraial was a big dream that my family and I had, and staying at Nayana's apartment, with all her attention, cordiality, and sympathy, made all the difference, not to mention the structure of the apartment and the condominium, which made us feel at home, having wonderful days.

I loved the accommodations in Alice's apartment! The site is wonderful, with 24-hour security, an amazing pool and a self-service restaurant with a very varied menu. The condominium also has a mini market, ideal for last-minute shopping, and its location makes it easy to order Uber and order delivery through iFood, without any problem with deliveries. My children loved the atmosphere, especially the lagoon. Also, the beach of Monte Alto is simply wonderful! The place is perfect for those looking for tranquility and security. Definitely an excellent experience!

Me and my family love lodging. The apartment is perfect, everything is clean, smells nice and has everything you need. We felt at home!

Excellent stay. There were 8 of us, the apartment is spacious and with two floors, 3 bathrooms, 3 bedrooms and a terrace, there is always room for everyone. Very clean and tidy. Excellent quality of utensils and appliances. Good furniture and beds. Good location, it has a fair across the street. You can walk everywhere. The host always responded quickly and took care of everything.

What made a total difference for me was the service of your Wlademir. He helped me with walks, gave me hints of everything. It was practically a travel guide. As a Chilean, the apartment is 10 out of 10, it is very spacious and large, the advantage is that it has everything you need to feel at home, from the utensils to its amenities. Good garage if you're coming by car. The host is always willing to answer questions quickly and kindly, so very good. There was a small ant invasion that the host is aware of, so there will be fumigation. Even so, there was insecticide for us. As a foreigner, the surroundings seem desolate and a little unsafe for the quality and elegance of the building, although less than a 10-minute walk to the waterfront of the quiet beach, there was no problem. A pleasure to have chosen the apartment, especially if you are looking for something quiet and not so bohemian.

we had a very pleasant stay at Miriams home. it is a beautiful complex with 24hour security. You might even get to know the cats in the complex. The home was easy to find and check in was very simple. check out instructions were very simple too. the home was clean and comfortable and had everything you needed for a short or long stay. it is situated in a prime location and walkable to many popular beaches. there are 100s of restaurants around and the boardwalk is pleasant to walk late afternoon. I would highly recommend. Miriam was also very quick to answer our messages which was a relief. thank you for a good stay!

The stay was excellent!!! The house is wonderful...perfect for spending time with friends and family!!! 10/10!!!! Common areas are perfect!!! And the employees s"extremely requested!! Be it only with adults or with children!!! Gramado, swimming pool, a beautiful barbecue, pool, toto, darts!!! I will return for sure!!!

Alexandre and Ana were very attentive! The house is great and we walked to Rua das Pedras. Everything worked perfectly.

This was our sixth time staying at Gustavo's place and we love it every time. Wonderful location, great house, safe condominium, good A.C. in every room, amazing outside / churrasqueira area, very close proximity to the beach. Gustavo is a great host and is clearly always working on improving and upgrading the home. He replies quickly to any messages and is always willing to help. The only problem is having to come back home when the stay is over.

It has nice touches in every corner, from the kitchen to the large gazebo-terrace next to the pool. It's an excellent place to be with family and friends. We had a great time at the house! Marcos and the rest of the staff were great! The house itself is amazing with many ample bedrooms. The terrace overlooks the sea and you get unbeatable sunsets. The area is ok - there a few restaurants and markets walking distance (there a lot more just a few minutes drive/Uber away). The beach right down the house is not great though - you will likely go to others. Overall it was a great experience and I’d definitely come back!

We had an amazing stay here. The house is beautiful with many rooms and places to hang out. We loved the views of the ocean and ability to walk out onto the beach. The house is nestled in a quiet neighborhood but only a few minute walk to downtown so you get the best of both worlds. The kitchen was also fully equipped which we really enjoyed. Would highly recommend staying here!

My family and I spent 5 amazing and super comfortable days. Beautiful apartment with everything we needed, even a hair dryer was available for use, I also need to talk about the wonderful washer and dryer that made it a lot easier in the day-to-day. Side view of Anjos Beach is amazing. We loved it and I've already added it as a favorite on my list. We'll be back soon!

The condominium is in a beautiful area of the Araruama lagoon with a spectacular sunset. It has a good infrastructure to spend a few days. The apartment is also well equipped and comfortable for 2 couples. Communication with the host was easy and flexible to meet our requests. We loved the stay and already planned to come back!

We felt very comfortable from the moment we arrived, the apartment is impeccable. The area where it is located is very convenient, since from there we were able to get around very well both on foot and by car. We loved it! We will definitely be back here.

the space was perfectly neat and according to the photos, the condominium is very familiar and great for bringing children. I recommend who is, take food or eat in the city because the restaurant does not have so many options and the price is a little salty. The host is excellent, always responds fast, and is always sending several recommendations on what to do in the city for leisure and food. Voltaria another chance ❤️

It was very nice to stay in Raphael and Célia's apartment! Cozy apartment, quality items, bed and bath linens, kitchen and etc... The apartment is in the block in front of the pool, facilitating access to the leisure area and the entrance and exit of the condominium and speaking of condominium, which is wonderful structure, very nice swimming pool, a private beach, lush view and everything... we'll be back for sure!!!
