We had a really good time! The place was clean and as described. Marie was fantastic and really helped accomodate our stay. We definitely recommend this place.

Olivia was very wonderful to be in communication with. She was extremely responsive and very helpful. She allowed us an early check in and a late check out due to rainy weather upon check out and we were so eager to arrive to the air bnb. We loved the bath, the kitchen, the big spacious yard and gardens. We enjoyed the fire pit with wood provided. Everything was pristine! One of the nicest places we have ever stayed! We would love to come back in the future if we ever need to stay somewhere in the area. Highly recommend!

The home was so warm and welcoming. The beds were so very comfy and the host was amazing. Lots of lovely nick nacks and treats in the pantry for us too ☺️

Fantastic stay! The house was spotless, super cosy, and just felt like a home away from home. The beds, pillows, and towels were all great quality, so comfy! The hosts were amazing, they went above and beyond, even taking us on a buggy ride around their farm at no extra cost. Our kids were over the moon feeding the sheep and getting up close with the cows. At night, sitting by the fireplace or looking up at the stars in the clear mountain sky was just relaxing and magical. We also loved exploring the area, there are beautiful waterfalls along the way, and both Armidale and Uralla are close by, with access to shopping, great coffee and some really interesting historic spots. Just a heads-up, the road leading to the property isn’t paved, but honestly, it was totally worth it. The peace, the views, and the overall experience more than made up for it. All in all, it was great value and one of the most memorable stays we’ve had. Highly recommend!

We had an amazing stay at Tralee Cottage! The home was spotless, tastefully decorated, and stocked with thoughtful touches like fresh bread, spreads and chocolates. The location was perfect—close to the cbd and a park across the road. Our two dogs loved exploring the backyard and park. Communication was excellent, and Michelle went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. Beds were comfy and fireplace was lovely! Home away from home! Thanks Michelle & Richard for a great stay!

Michael was very accomodating to our needs of a later checkout than originally planned. The place was private, peaceful and tidy. Michael was very responsive whenever I sent a message.

We had a wonderful stay at Ben’s place. Everything was in order and amenities such as bathroom soap, shampoo/conditioner as well as toilet paper was generous. The beds were comfortable and there was extra blankets and pillows if required. It was easy to walk into town and enjoyed dining at local cafes and restaurants. Happy to recommend to others. We really enjoyed our stay and would return to Ben’s accommodation if we were ever in Armidale again.

We had a wonderful weekend stay with our dog, Dorjee! The property was peaceful, clean, and exactly as described – perfect for a relaxing escape. Dorjee loved exploring and strolling around the beautiful property. We also really appreciated the lovely chat with Neal, Thank you for the warm hospitality.

We loved TwoDogsFolly Cottage, it reminded me of holidays long ago in a similar lodging but with much more updated and luxurious amenities. We especially appreciated the mowed pathway for walking our dogs around the paddocks…and the washing machine! The cottage was warm on our arrival, and we had everything we could possibly need for our three day stay. Thank you so much for a really relaxing break.

My only criticism of our stay, was that it wasn’t long enough! This gorgeous property was an absolute delight - perfectly positioned close to all the amenity you could wish for, while still offering a quiet and peaceful retreat, and a spacious and secure outdoor area for furry guests. Ben was a delight to communicate with - we hope to be back again soon (this time for a few nights).

Burgess House is a beautiful house, full of character and also modern kitchen and bathroom. We loved the peaceful, quiet surroundings while also being in town. It’s a very comfortable house and we enjoyed our stay.

Marie was a great host. We had to book in last minute and she couldn't have been more helpful. The next day we had to extend our stay and Marie relocated us to a second cottage on the same grounds within a few hours. We were with our doggies and they were also made to feel very welcome! The house was lovely and we felt right at home! Marie was also very responsive with everything to do with the booking! Very highly recommend to anyone visiting Armidale.
