The place was clean, nice, and as described. The host was nice and communicative, he informed us of the way to get in and responded to our concerns and questions.

We were thrilled with Maria’s apartment. It was very clean and full amenities including fans and even a white noise machine. It also had extras we didn’t need to buy such as additional garbage bags, paper towels, salt, ice pack etc… It’s very close to a good grocery store we went almost everyday, and there was even a corner store just out the door if we needed something at the last minute. We walked 30 minutes to a mall and although the road was not flat it was exactly what we were after, a good walk in a safe neighbourhood with shops, restaurants, pharmacy’s and even a dollar store with similar products to home. Not only did security at the door greet us every time we passed but everyone we met in the elevators or on the stairwells were extremely friendly too. Not only would we recommend staying here but we are sure to stay again when we visit Armenia!!!

Great experience, Daniela was extremely helpful. The place was spotless. We enjoyed the surroundings and there was a lot to do. Daniela also has great recommendations when it comes to activities. We enjoyed the atmosphere and how welcoming it was.

Excellent place, I recommend it. It is in an area of Armenia where you find everything nearby. The complex is quiet and safe, the apartment is super cozy with everything you need. David and Mrs. Ana's kindness was incredible, they helped me all the time.

The apartment is as described and as shown in the photos, its location is excellent and the complex has many areas for activities, it has all the amenities, Wi-Fi, hot water and in the kitchen there is everything you need to cook, the apartment has good appliances, I was very satisfied with the place, with the host's service, with the price and if possible I will return

My mother-in-law traveled to Colombia after 25 years and could not find a better stay, quality/price 10/10, the hosts were super attentive, the rules were clear, order and cleanliness were excellent, it was totally what they offered in photos, 100% recommended ❤️🇪🇸

Excellent. The apartment is just like the photos with the amenities they listed; the view, beautiful. They had basic things like sugar, salt and coffee available in the apartment. The hostess was very friendly and helped us with any questions we had. It is very well located, there is a supermarket, shops, bakeries, restaurants nearby and if you want there are also several restaurants that deliver to homes there. Easy to take public transportation, if required, the bus passes one block away.

The apartment has a nice view of a forest and the mountains,in addition Marcela is a host who was attentive to our comments all the time.

Haven't lived in other apartments in Armenia, but I am sure staying in Jimenas apartments is the best experience. Amazing communication, service, good quality accommodation, furnished with all you can need. This apartment is near supermarkets, restaurants and bus stop so in few minutes you can be in the city center or Salento or other locations of this coffee region.

Excellent choice, the apartment's location is in a good area, the host is very friendly and attentive to any need, the place is very nice, they do not have parking, however nothing happened in the bay. Highly recommended.

What a beautiful surprise to find a place if complete, warm and well thought out for a family vacation... better than in a hotel... we felt as if we had arrived at your best friend's house, the one who does everything possible so that you don't lack anything. of all my Airbnb experiences... definitely the BEST!!! Everything is excellent, the apartment is super nice, comfortable and very cool, quiet and close to restaurants, supermarkets and at the entrance there is a store where you can find everything without leaving. It's perfect, I'll stay again every time I go to Armenia.

The apartment is perfect for the family stay. It's comfortable, beautiful, organized and comes with everything you need to feel right at home. Rossy and the other people in the condominium are very friendly and understanding as needed. When you do not have plans outside, the condominium offers you spaces of relaxation and fun… the humid areas are delicious!!! We had a great time, of course we will come back and recommend it!!!
