Lovely stay near interesting village a bit away from the tourist route, ideal for us. Gave great recommendations and has spectacular view. Definitely recommend. Comfortable and well equipped.

What an incredible place! This would have to be one of the best Airbnb I have stay at! It was absolutely stunning and had everything we needed. Daniela was the most incredible host. Not only did she give us incredible suggestions, she helped book a few things for us. She went out of her way constantly to make sure we were able to enjoy the area. She made our experience in the Duo Valley incredible and very memorable.

From the moment we arrived , Alexandra welcomed our family and made us at home. The establishment is incredibly designed, unbelievable views and smells of fresh flowers. Amazing property and view. We had a terrific time. The property worked great for our group. Best sunset! Marco and his crew were extremely responsive. Driving in the Douro Valley is not for the faint of heart. We had a ball!

A great location in the countryside 45 minutes from Porto and 2 hours from Pinhão. Beautiful scenery , hiking around. Home is on a hill with amazing views of the Douro River. Beautiful outdoor space with outdoor kitchen and a small pool. Excellent for family vacation.

This is a very old house, located in a small farm town. The house is tucked in the back of the street and can be a bit hard to find. Luckily one of the friendly neighbors pointed me to the place and I just parked outside the house. I would recommend this house if you’re looking to experience what it’s like to live in a typical house in this area. Not the most modern but it’s fun for a short stay.

We've had an amazing 4 days here. It's just a perfect location and we felt at home here. The pool, the view, the garden with grill - everything was just perfect. The only 'negative' things, if you can call them negative, is that the bathroom is on a different floor than the bedrooms, and that the parking is a bit tight for a large car. We can fully recommend this place to anyone looking for a private getaway in a beautiful location.

A Hidden Gem in Nature! We had an unforgettable stay at this stunning farmhouse! The setting is absolutely serene—surrounded by lush greenery and fresh air. The highlight for us was definitely the natural water tank. It felt like our own private spring-fed pool—so refreshing and peaceful, especially in the mornings. The farmhouse itself is beautifully maintained, combining rustic charm with modern comforts. The interiors were cozy and spotless, and the kitchen was well-equipped for cooking meals. Waking up to the sound of birds and sipping coffee on the porch while looking out over the landscape was pure magic. Our host was warm, welcoming, and very responsive, offering great local tips and ensuring we had everything we needed. If you’re looking to disconnect from the hustle and reconnect with nature, this place is a dream. We can’t wait to return!

Amazing place. We've spent a month there and everything was perfect. Nuno is very helpful and a friendly host. The place itself was above all of our expectations: fantastic view, super clean and comfortable. Felt right like home.

Very friendly host and always available to help when needed. House equipped with the necessary utensils and included a stove for cooking meals. Beautiful space inside and out! You can really tell a lot of pride is taken with the upkeep and maintenance! Our stay was so peaceful and the pool area is beautiful! I would even go as far as to say that the property looks better than the photos!

We had a great and peaceful time at Joao's beautiful stone house up in hills. The deck is absolutely gorgeous to hang out with friends and family. We loved the quietness of place. There are no nearby restaurants so make sure to plan the trip accordingly, otherwise it's awesome place to relax unwind and chill.

An absolutely unforgettable stay! The house is breathtaking – beautiful, comfortable, full of charm and with everything you need to relax and enjoy. But what makes this place even more special is the host: extremely attentive, present and genuinely concerned with the well-being of the guests. We had a problem with the car during the trip and he was tireless in helping us, with a generosity that is not easily found. More than a stay, we live an experience. We feel cared for, safe and deeply grateful for everything. I wholeheartedly recommend this house – whoever is lucky enough to stay here will understand what true hospitality is. Great view and privacy!

I spent two magnificent days with my family at Casa dos Vinhais. The host, José, is very nice, attentive and helpful and we were optimally received by him. The house is really special with the family's antique furniture and crockery with the very nice living room and the very beloved bedrooms. Here you sit and breathe the story. The view from the house to the Douro River is beautiful and we could not take advantage to bathe in the river but, in the warmer months, it would be possible to enjoy the outside well. We can ask to make dinner at home and the cod with cream and the alheira prepared by José e Graça was divine. In addition, the small Almoco is included in the stay and is really delicious! I hope to return here again to this home. Thank you for everything!

We enjoyed our stay. A spacious house, everything you need is present, clean and nice private pool, Arcilio is very friendly and welcoming. Definitely recommended!!!

Calm and relaxing Sitio. We had a very good weekend at the Alambique house with access to the pool. We went on a horseback ride that we really enjoyed. We also use the paddle tennis court. Easy communication with host Georgina, always very accessible. Thank you!

This is a very comfortable, well-equipped cabin for two, with or without a couple of kids, in a spectacular location with access to a nice swimming pool. Very recommendable.
