This cozy all season cottage is the perfect getaway and my home away from home. At this modern cabin, you can enjoy the peace and quiet of the country, while still being close to the city. All the amenities you might need are only 15 minutes away- Downtown Charlottetown and the University of Prince Edward Island. Imagine cross country skiing, sledding (kids) and snow shoeing from your front door! Although the cabin is your own private space, there are people available nearby to help as needed.

Great location with a beautiful view of the ocean. Lovely two bedroom cottage with nicely appointed kitchen, comfortable beds and excellent Internet & TV. Fresh clean bathrooms and laundry with lots of water pressure. Enjoyed spending time on the deck reading and watching the amazing tidal shifts with miles of sand bars to walk on for hours. Found a Raspberry U-pick only a few minutes away and made the most wonderful jam. Not far from Charlottetown, golfing and all the other amazing things to do on the Island. We will be back again!

Our stay at Sealview Lodge was absolutely incredible. We were in awe every day at the stunning ocean views and could not have asked for a more peaceful AirBnb experience. The photos in this listing do not do this place justice - the cottage is new and lovely and has everything you need for a restful and relaxing stay. The small details included in the cottage were well thought out, such as the binoculars on the window ledge (seals!), extra toiletries in the bathroom, fresh bath robes in the closet, or even the marshmallows for the campfire pit. We were travelling from out of province with a baby and Emily was so accommodating and responsive with our extra requests - definitely 5+ star host. Also, Canoe Cove is incredibly central with being only 25 minutes to the airport, 20 minutes to Charlottetown and 40 minutes to the north shore beaches/Anne of Green Gables/Cavendish/North Rustico areas. HIGHLY RECOMMEND. WILL RETURN.

This place is in a great location, right near a beach in a somewhat rocky bay (bring your water shoes!). We loved the beach, playing in the water there or walking in the bay at low tide. We had a few hiccups, but Shery generally responded very quickly to our questions. The place is nice, we enjoyed our stay!

A unique A-frame playhouse features a wooden structure with a sloped roof and large open sides. Two hanging chairs are suspended inside, surrounded by greenery. A small table with decorations is observed on the floor, emphasizing the inviting space for children.

Marks cottage was extremely clean and very welcoming. the views are beautiful and the walk down to the beach is just across the road. excellent spot for the dogs and kids, with lots of area to run around and play. a short drive to the city and grocery store is near by as well. A must to spend a vacation in beautiful PEI

We had a delightful stay at the cottage. The kitchen was well-stocked and the cottage was super clean. Not a dust bunny to be found! Light switches were labeled and containers for trash and recycling were clearly marked. Wendy invites questions at any time and responded within minutes. Definitely recommend this cottage for a relaxing peaceful vacation!

We had a great stay. Loved the proximity to the private beach. The cottage itself was beautiful and very well equipped with everything you could need and more. We hope to stay here again in the future!
