The countryside in the city

Hello! The house is fully equipped, very pleasant and in a quiet area. It also has outdoor spaces, a terrace with the necessary furniture. There is a closed courtyard to safely park bicycles, motorcycles. Street parking is free. The house is set back from the city center but access is quick by car, bus or bike. Best of all, there is a real wood-fired sauna (available on request, extra charge).

Ideally located close to the city center (10/15 min walk), the citadel (5 min) and very close to the towpath (2 min), the studio has all the comforts to enjoy the city in a quiet environment.
