There is a private section of the garden exclusively for you with charcoal BBQ and seating areas. The property is located 6 metres from the River Orne giving you unique views from the lounge and bedroom. Studio in the middle of la Suisse Normande. Perfect base for hiking, biking and motorcycling. Located on the long-distance hiking trail GR36. 5 minutes drive from la Roche d'Oetre. The studio has a bedroom with plenty of space for luggage and a kitchenette and bathroom with shower, toilet and sink. Simple, but equipped with every comfort. The large garden is at your disposal.
