We found a clean and tidy house. Contact with the host at the highest level. Very helpful. The villa and its surroundings look better in real life than in the photos. We spent a wonderful 10 days.

I had an amazing stay at this Airbnb! Everything was perfect from start to finish. The host was incredibly welcoming and responsive, making check-in and communication smooth and easy. The place was spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The location was ideal—close to everything but still peaceful and relaxing. I’d love to come back for another visit!

What a great villa .Has been fully modernised and updated , especially the bathrooms and outside pool area which was outstanding (my wife said it had the WOW factor when we arrived).She also liked the olive oil shampoos and soaps that were provided , even tooth brushes , things that other villas don’t along with beach towels aswell .Simona & Virgil certainly go above and beyond . As far as location goes in polis I don’t think you could get any better , 200m from the beach and a 10min walk into polis for restaurants and a small nearby supermarket , perfect location I would say. I would highly recommend this villa , we couldn’t praise it enough and will certainly be going back there .

Our stay at this beautiful house was just perfect! As soon as we entered, we felt at home. Each room is spacious, so you immediately feel comfortable. We were particularly impressed by the beautiful large pool and the fantastic outdoor area – here we could enjoy the sunset overlooking the sea from the balcony. Everything was clean and to our satisfaction. A washing machine and dishwasher are also provided. An absolute insider tip for those looking for relaxation and comfort in perfect combination. We will definitely be back! Thanks to Laura who provided us with her insider tips on the island.

We had such a great stay at this villa! It’s beautiful, super comfortable, and had everything we needed. The area is really quiet and peaceful, with an amazing view. The garden is huge and the pool was perfect. Florin was super responsive and took care of everything we needed. We would definitely love to come back. Highly recommend!

This lovely property is located in a quiet neighborhood just a few minutes from Lachi where there are many restaurants and shopping options. The house was clean and comfortable, but the highlight was the outdoor spaces around the pool and the patio lounge/dining area. The master bedroom hosts an additional terrace that offers peaceful views over manicured landscapes and glimpses of the ocean and is perfect for enjoying the Cyprus night sky. Access to the sea was only a few minutes walk to an expansive beach, complete with chairs and fixed umbrellas. Also, worth noting, the staff at the gate were friendly and helpful. All in all, a very nice property in a good location.

This little cottage was perfect for our trip to Cyprus for a a week. We stayed in the cottage for 4 nights. It’s far from Larnaca where we flew in (about 2 and a half hours). The small town of Polis was very welcoming from the busyness of the other larger cities. The harbor was really a great location with access to amazing food and souvenir shops and boat tours. It was very close to walk or a couple minutes to drive. Theneighborhood is a gated community so there is a code to get in. Directions were clearly communicated. The neighborhood has a handful of houses, each with a pool. The houses are not new but we expect the aged charm and chose this because of the secluded location. We were not disappointed. The sound of birds and the distant sound of the water was relaxing. I did not hear any cars from the villa. There is a washing machine but no dryer. It has a clothes hanging rack for drying. 2 cats came and we named them Sneezy B. (Buck) and Pluh. Vey sweet strays. Amazing stay!!

The place exceeded my expectations—it’s even better than the photos and feels like a palace. It was exceptionally clean, very private, and fully equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The only thing missing was hand soap, which wasn’t provided. Solamar is a little slow to respond, but they are very nice and helpful.

This villa was more than advertised. The house was well appointed and the pool and local beaches were perfect. Luxury and comfort come together to make this an elegant, yet relaxing, vacation. Georgia was a great host who made our stay more enjoyable. I highly recommend this property!

Charoulla and her husband were very nice and extremely helpful. The villa was immaculate. Lovely pool and garden. Charoulla left us a welcome plate of cold meats on arrival and we were able to keep the villa until 6.00pm as we had a late flight. We had an amazing time. Restaurants and bars are about a 10 minute walk away supermarket and pharmacy very close by. Thank you Charoulla we hope to return for a second visit.

Host was very helpful and quick to respond. It was thoughtful to arrive having the basics for us milk l, bread, coffee, fruit, cereal, wine, beers, water etc. The view from the pool was outstanding and lovely to wake up to. A great pool for the kids and was very clean. It’s not far to drive to anywhere but need a car. There are neighbourhood dogs that bark a lot but it wouldn’t put us off coming here again. Are looking forward to coming back and would recommend to friends. We had an enjoyable 2 weeks didn’t want to leave. Thanks Georgio

Brilliant stay in a great villa in a super location. Communication was first class with any questions answered almost immediately. Can highly recommend Danielle and the villa.

This place was zero faff. It was modern, deceptively spacious, clean, uncluttered, and just easy to live in. Each of the three bedrooms was en suite. Everything was new and worked. The pool was perfect for kids. It was in the sun all day and our 4 year old could stand up in the shallow end - not that that mattered for long as both he and his 2-year-old sister's swimming came on leaps and bounds! An empty beach was just 5 minutes' walk away, which was lovely to swim at - and safe too. The trails in the hills behind the house are worth exploring - there is a wealth of nature (deer, snakes, frogs, birds etc.). It was one of my favourite places to do early morning runs with lovely views all along the north coast. We also drove over to Northern Cyprus from here - it is about an hour around mountain switchbacks before you get to the border and pay the insurance upgrade (don't get there at 7:30am like we did as the office doesn't open till 8:30/9). In summary: loads to do around here too.

Phenomenal house and location. Amazing views from virtually any room in the house. Matheos was a great communicator and gracious host. I highly recommend!

A beautifully appointed villa. It exceeded expectations- it’s much more modern inside than the pictures suggest. The outside space is excellent too, and like a previous comment, the pictures do not do it justice. There is a small table and 4 chairs at the front of the house and a much larger table and six chairs at the rear of the property. There are 4 good quality sun loungers and other small chairs. In the second week of October, with the sun sitting lower in the sky, we did have to move about to chase the sun, but there was always a place to sit and enjoy it until about 15:30. 20 minutes drive into Polis and about 15 to Kathikas where there are a number of great restaurant/taverna choices.

Could not recommend this stay more highly. Peaceful. Non-touristy. Private. Beautiful. Comfortable. And within easy distance to great beaches and popular destinations. The host is excellent, friendly, helpful, super easy to contact and provided wonderful local recommendations. We’ll be back!

I had an amazing stay at Savvas's place in Cyprus! Both Savvas and his father were incredibly kind, helpful, and welcoming, making our visit truly memorable. The house itself was spacious, spotlessly clean, and situated in a wonderfully isolated and peaceful location. The breathtaking sea view, surrounded by olive trees and pines, made it feel like a little slice of paradise. The heated swimming pool was a fantastic bonus, and it was just a short 5-minute drive to a stunning beach. Everything about the stay exceeded my expectations, and I can’t wait to return next year. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway!

Beautiful lovely new place!!!We did feel too exposed to the street on the side of the house anyone can walk in. You need a gate. Also the neighbours can see everything we do as its not surrounded by a fence. we had a lovely stay....thank you!

The villa was amazing! The view was breathtaking & everything was fine and clean. The communication was great as well :-)
