We’re a quick five minute walk to the Plaza de Recreo, and fourteen gourmet restaurants in the downtown area. A five minute drive to the nearest beach, Poza del Obispo, and nearby to many other attractions such as the Arecibo Lighthouse, Cueva de la Ventana, and Cueva del Indio. Please note that there are a few stairs that lead to the apartment.

Built in 1942 in the Spanish Colonial Revival style and recently restored. Antique furniture adds nostalgia and beauty to your experience. Lots of natural light and surrounded by green lush vegetation. Air-conditioned with gated parking in a quiet safe neighborhood. It's been our family home since '62 and we pride in sharing it while away.
