The property has a living space of 30 hectares, as well as 2,000 square meters of green gardens. Around the spacious grass area there are several terraces with outdoor furniture. The house is very comfortable and is conveniently located both for going to the beach and for cycling, it is close to our famous Camí de Cavalls, a beautiful route to enjoy both on foot and by bicycle. Close to Favaritx Lighthouse. To go to the nearest supermarket you have to go to Mahón, it's a 0-minute drive. A car is essential. There are no bus lines.
