Tamara, nuestra huesped, fue excepcional. Muy atenta, amable y respondiendo rapido. La casa esta bien. Ideal para una familia de 4. Tendrian que cambiar la lavadora-secadora, que no funciona bien y nos impidio lavar la ropa en condiciones. Hay una balda en el armario del dormitorio principal que tienen que arreglar.

Very stylish apartment, fabulous sun terrace which is a rare find in city centre Madrid. Cool neighbourhood, quirky shops, tapas restaurants. Really comfortable and homely apartment. Really friemdly communication. We loved it ❤️

Estuvimos un mes alojados toda la familia y estamos especialmente contentos por las facilidades ofrecidas por Francisco, que nos facilitó entrada flexible, facilitando llevar maletas previamente para que la entrada y la logística fuera más sencilla con los niños.

What a wonderful stay! We very much enjoyed our time in Madrid and felt right at home at Maria Eugenia’s place. It was a great, open space and very comfortable! I would recommend to all! The area itself was in a great location, with everything just around the corner. Our host was very helpful in recommending local spots and so friendly. Thank you so much Maria Eugenia. This is the second time we’ve stayed at Vin’s place and we thoroughly enjoyed it again. Great central location. Super terrace. Cozy, charming and clean. Quite a few stairs so not ideal for people who struggle with that. But great for those who don’t mind a walkup.

Located centrally in Madrid, Diego’s place was so easy to explore and get everywhere. He checked in to make sure things were good and the door lock system was super easy to work with. The place itself is beautiful and I loved hanging by the window and doing a bit of work or reading while people walked by in sunny Madrid.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans l'appartement d'Alicia et Juan qui est conforme aux photographies : grand, composés de beaux espaces hauts de plafond, entièrement imaginé et conçu par un artiste, le père d'Alicia, dont les œuvres sont partout. C'est à la fois un appartement très original et très agréable à vivre, confortable et parfaitement équipé.

Her house was very beautiful and lovely. The location and cleanliness were perfect! We used the washing machine, and it always works fine. It was very convenient for me. 日本人の方へ こちらの宿はとても清潔でしたし、Olgaさんたちは大変親切でした。 もし滞在中の洗濯を考えていらっしゃるのであれば、洗濯機がきちんと機能するだけでなく、折りたたみ式の物干しなどもあり大変便利でした。

We had a lovely two-week stay in Madrid, using this apartment as our home base. Located right on Plaza Mayor, with lovely views out the doors and from the balcony, this is a fabulous location. We were concerned about noise being a problem, but it really just showed the life in the Plaza and was quiet by midnight. We opted to eat off the plaza most meals, as there are better options and more affordable (less touristy). Easy to get to many parts of Madrid from this location, whether by walking, catching the train/subway, or getting a taxi. The apartment is very nicely appointed with a great kitchen and living room. Beds and bathrooms were nice too. We highly recommend this for families and groups visiting Madrid!

El departamento de Manuel es hermoso, pacífico, tiene todo lo que necesitas, es una zona muy hermosa, mi marido y yo quedamos enamorados y nos sentimos como en casa, gracias Manuel y Mauro por su amable atención 💕

Éramos 4 adultos y todos quedamos completamente satisfechos con el alojamiento y el trato de Julio Victor. No solo cuenta con todo lo necesario para un cómoda estancia, es además muy acogedor y se encuentra en un excelente punto con una estación de metro literalmente en la esquina. Bastante conveniente. Nos encantó la colección de libros sobre Madrid y España, pudimos aprender y aprovechar la visita gracias a ello. Por último quisiera destacar su atención como anfitrión. Posiblemente el mejor en mis años de AirBnB. Fue atento, amable, con respuesta prontas y hasta proactivo en ofrecernos almacenarnos las maletas en su hogar el día que nos íbamos. Recomendado. El lugar muy bonito, cómodo y limpio. Ubicación buena, pero con mucho ruido tanto del mismo edificio como de la calle, si no tienen problemas para dormir, la ubicación es excelente, con sueño liviano recomiendo reconsiderar el lugar. Lo único que no me gustó es que el Host ingresara al apartamento mientras yo no estaba. Si me comunicó que iba a entrar pero sentí que invadía mi privacidad, pues todas mis cosas estaban ahí.

L’appartamento è al secondo piano di un bel complesso residenziale, con presenza di portiere sia la sera tardi quando siamo arrivati, che la mattina presto, quando ce ne siamo andati; l’appartamento è adatto per quattro persone, con due bagni e cucina ottimamente attrezzata. Appena al di fuori del complesso residenziale c’è la fermata del bus numero 20 che porta in centro (Plaza del sol); e a 350 m distante, c’è la fermata metropolitana ( Conde de Casal) per arrivare in qualsiasi parte di Madrid. Francisco è stato molto disponibile ed attento alle nostre richieste e, tra l’ altro, parla bene l’ italiano.

Hôte incroyable, très réactif qui nous a fourni beaucoup d'informations pour rendre notre séjour agréable. Toujours prêt à rendre service. L'endroit est très bien situé à distance de marche du métro. Un plus pour le patio et la piscine. Appartement super équipé et beaucoup de choses pour le petit déjeuner. Juste WOW!!!

Un placer alojarnos ahí. La casa es pequeñita pero tiene todo lo que se puede esperar. Para mí detalles como el café o el papel de horno o albal me dan una imagen de lo que quieren ofrecerte, quieren que estés a gusto y que no te falte nada. Mercedes ha sido muy amable y la piscina es un añadido muy agradable. Volveremos.

Appartement très bien situé, proximité directe de la gare Chamartin (2min). L'appartement est très propre, fonctionnel et agréable , la literie confortable . Je recommande à 100%.

Nos encantó el departamento. Sobre todo la atención de José muy amable. Nos brindó la oportunidad de guardar nuestras maletas en cualquier momento que lo necesitáramos. El departamento está en buenas condiciones y es muy cómodo, cuenta con todo lo necesario incluyen aire acondicionado, el edificio cuenta con elevador. La ubicación es muy buena ya que queda cerca de las paradas del transporte público. 10/10🤙🏻

La casa es espectacular. Hemos pasado un fin de semana genial. Es amplia, bonita, parece que estás en un Oasis, la verdad que de 10. Además el trato tanto de Iñigo como de él capataz Said fue inmejorable, nos han hecho sentir como en casa. Sin duda alguna repetiremos.

Lorena’s apartment is so clean, neat and comfy. We enjoyed our stay there. They are 20mins walking distance away from the city Center, which is strategic location. We met Alberto and he was such a nice man that ensure our stay were taken care off throughout! Strongly recommend to everyone!
