The place is beautiful and the owner's treatment was very good. The place is good, close to the Eider Line. The place overlooks the car for about 10 minutes. In the same place, there is a grocery store, but it closes in Morocco, so there is no way to get in and out of the car. + They spoke to the sponsor of the apartment to give you the delivery numbers of restaurants that deliver to the apartment.

This is the best apartment I’ve ever been! Everything is very clean, the furniture has a good quality. There is the great view on tea plantation! Ms Derya is very supportive and humble. All our requests were appreciated and we felt like home. If I be in this region one more time, I’ll try to stay here! I strongly recommend to choose this option for families!

Everything was so beautiful. The location of the house was in a very good place. The house was quite clean. If I ever come to Risa again, there was definitely a place I might want to stay in.

I recommend that you do your shopping before you come to this perfect and quiet location. Ardeşen center is 20 minutes by car, but the mountain roads are curvy. Everything is clean and new as seen in the photos, the jacuzzi is for 4 people and directly overlooks the view.

The place is very beautiful, but the problem is the road and access to it is a little difficult, but on the other hand, it is fun to bring your whole family, go to the supermarket and get all your things and sit for two days to relax and change the atmosphere. It is very quiet, but there is only one problem, which is the Internet was very weak, even the mobile network, you have to go outside to work

Mr, Fatih is so friendly and helpful. Apartment is so clean. Location is amazing you can from balcony Tea Farms and also black Sea. His parent's are so friendly and we feel with rhem like in our home. everything was exceptional 👌 I recommend to stay in Fatih apartment and for me definitely stay with them again.

The place is very beautiful, the view is great, I did not believe the photos I asked the owner of the place and he assured me that the photos are real and really the place is much more beautiful than the photos, it needs a little marketing because it is a place worth visiting.

Very close to the airport. Clean and cozy apartment. Absolutely adorable sea view. The host speaks English, so it was easy to communicate. The only disappointing thing was noisy neighbours that were making mess untill late midnight. So if you are the light-sleeper you might find it as an issue.
