Carefully decorated and perfectly equipped, La Ferme de la Boétie is rented in its entirety. This country house has large common areas (living room, dining room, TV area), 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Outside, enjoy the garden and meadow. In the heart of the Parc Naturel Régional du Perche, you can shine according to your desires (taste, flea markets, hikes, sports, spa...). Accommodation capacity: 9 adults, 1 child, and 3 babies (extra bed and 3 baby cots available upon request).

On the ground floor, large room with equipped kitchen (microwave, oven, stove, dishwasher), table and sofa (convertible). Upstairs, 2 bedrooms. One with a double bed. One with 2 beds of 80 with possibility of making a bed of 160. Bathroom with shower and toilet. The exterior is shared with our residential house. Our dog is free in the yard and loves to be petted.

We are happy to welcome you to the countryside in an old farmhouse converted into a gîte. A friendly place, quiet, with the charm of natural materials. Great for gatherings with family or friends. Welcome to Nuits de la Forêt. Enjoy the tranquility and change of scenery of a stay in a luxury cottage bordered by a pond, on the edge of the forest. Not far from Le Mans, enjoy the calm, the rhythm of each season for a rejuvenating experience. From the private parking lot, you will cross the gardens where I grow aromatic plants and edible flowers to produce tasty herbal teas and herbs that you can find on my site.
