The vacation rental is located in the heart of the village, close to restaurants, hiking trails, and the Vézelay basilica. It is on one level, spacious (55 m2) and bright. You'll love the comfortable beds, the high ceilings, the sitting area, and the equipped kitchen. Charming stone house, nestled in a small quiet village where you will find a children's playground and 2 petanque courts, and located at the crossroads of Vézelay, Avallon, and Noyers-sur-Serein. Sightseeing walks, in the forest, or by the water, here, everything is possible! Passionate about plants and gardening, I could show you my small vegetable garden "Les Jardins de Valou" located 2 minutes away if you wish. We'll be happy to host you!

Small 70s style house

Charming little village house, 1970s style makeover, with patio. Consisting of one bedroom with a double bed and one bedroom with 2 single beds. Located 15 km from the highway (Nitry exit). Close to Chablis, Vézelien and Morvan. The house has a barn, not adjoining (50 m away), to park motorcycles. Housekeeping fees are included in the price. The accommodation has fiber optics with free Wi-Fi access. Bed and bath linens are provided.

The Balcony of Arcyate

For a few days or more, for a period from March to November, I will welcome you to our small house in Arcy s/cure. On the ground floor, a bathroom with toilet and shower, an equipped kitchen, a dining room, a living room with a sofa bed (140 x 190). On the first floor, a large bedroom with a single bed (140 x 190), a second bedroom with two beds (90 x 190) and a toilet. Clean and sociable pets are allowed.

Pleasant house in a small village with amenities: (Proxi convenience store, Bakery🥖, Bar-restaurant🍻, pizza dispenser🍕). The house is 6 minutes from the A6 highway, Nitry exit. A nice house🏠 fully equipped for 6 people. Come and recharge your batteries in the Burgundian setting, on the wine route and these magnificent tourist spots (Avallon, Chablis, Noyers, Vezelay etc.)
