Village served by SNCF, small Proxi business in the heart of it. Located 30 km from Auxerre and 20 km from Vézelay, the start of the historic Compostela Way.

Charming stone house, nestled in a small quiet village where you will find a children's playground and 2 petanque courts, and located at the crossroads of Vézelay, Avallon, and Noyers-sur-Serein. Sightseeing walks, in the forest, or by the water, here, everything is possible! Passionate about plants and gardening, I could show you my small vegetable garden "Les Jardins de Valou" located 2 minutes away if you wish. We'll be happy to host you!

Small 70s style house

Charming little village house, 1970s style makeover, with patio. Consisting of one bedroom with a double bed and one bedroom with 2 single beds. Located 15 km from the highway (Nitry exit). Close to Chablis, Vézelien and Morvan. The house has a barn, not adjoining (50 m away), to park motorcycles. Housekeeping fees are included in the price. The accommodation has fiber optics with free Wi-Fi access. Bed and bath linens are provided.

An atmospheric quiet place to relax and recharge from today's busy life. We have converted the front house of our farm into an authentic gîte with all the comforts. There is plenty to do in the nearby area. Walks in nature (Grande Randonee) or old towns. Lakes and rivers. Wine routes and good food. Rent bicycles or canoes. Churches (Basilica of Vezelay) and Castles. Or relax reading a book on your terrace with great views.

The Balcony of Arcyate

For a few days or more, for a period from March to November, I will welcome you to our small house in Arcy s/cure. On the ground floor, a bathroom with toilet and shower, an equipped kitchen, a dining room, a living room with a sofa bed (140 x 190). On the first floor, a large bedroom with a single bed (140 x 190), a second bedroom with two beds (90 x 190) and a toilet. Clean and sociable pets are allowed.

La cuisine est équipée d'une magnifique cuisinière de "chef". II y a plein de sites exceptionnels à proximité comme Vézelay, Chablis ou Noyers. Single-story house overlooking two gardens. The one to the south is private. The very large one to the north is shared with us... when we have small children. Each bedroom has a bathroom and toilet. A cozy place to enjoy the calm by the stove in winter. Comfortably equipped for cooking. Kids will love the donkeys, the swing set and the trampoline in the garden.
