Apartment 4-5 people – ski-in/out – Arcs 1800

30 m² apartment ideally located in Les Lauzières with ski-in and direct access to the ski lifts. Residence 20 m from the ESF kids club and close to all amenities (Centre des Arcs 1800). Outdoor parking is located in front of the building. The apartment has been designed to be as functional as possible. There are 3 beds in the mountain corner and a sofa bed (with mattress) in the living room. The bathroom is separate. Don't hesitate to contact me for more information!

No smoking, no pets allowed. Sheets, towels and end-of-stay cleaning are at the tenants' expense. 100 m from the ESF and 150 m from the Transarc. Shops and restaurants as soon as you leave the residence. Free parking and luggage drop-off at the foot of the residence.

Quiet Ruitor Arc 1800 apartment residence

My accommodation is close to the center of the resort which is pedestrian, the ski lifts, the Mille 8 site and all the shops restaurants etc...You will appreciate my accommodation for its brightness, its comfort and its calm, its balcony with view of the valley without overlooking, southwest facing, private parking. My place is perfect for couples, solo travelers, and families (with kids). In summer you can enjoy the heated swimming pool of the residence.

Ideally located in the heart of the village of Charvet, in Les Arcs 1800, this fully renovated chalet-style apartment has a rare mountain area and magnificent views of the valley and Mont Blanc. A few steps from shops/restaurants and very close to the ski slopes, the apartment is ideal for a family with children! We work with a local concierge service for welcoming tenants, handing over keys and related services (linen rental, cleaning...).
