Relax with the whole family in this magnificent and quiet apartment, where you can enjoy the pool, green areas and playground for children in a totally family atmosphere. The apartment is on the third floor, has two bedrooms and two full bathrooms, and has air conditioning in all its spaces. We do not have an elevator. We are only 10 minutes from the beaches of Boca del Río and Veracruz Airport and 20 minutes from the Historic Center of Veracruz.

This modern/luxurious apartment is located in a private cluster 5 minutes from the airport, 8 minutes from Imbursa Water Park and Plaza Nuevo Veracruz. 20 minutes from the main beaches and hotel area, as well as the Veracruz boardwalk. The area is very quiet, 24-hour surveillance. You can use the pool (closed on Tuesdays for maintenance) and there is parking, wifi, air conditioning in its 2 bedrooms, kitchen and hot water.
