An exceptional apartment. Very comfortable, spacious and well-equipped, with a choice of indoor and outdoor eating and sitting areas, and with stunning views. We’ve stayed in many AirBnbs and this is one of the best! Communication was excellent and Maria Magdalena was very helpful. The only drawback for us was that it is about 25 kms west of Pucon and all the outdoor adventures we wanted to do are to the east of Pucon. So if you are active and want to hike every day or do white water rafting or visit hot springs you will be doing a lot of driving to get to your destinations.

Pleasant apartment in a beautiful residence, allowing access to many activities (gym, games room, cinema, laundry room...) and offering private lake access. The apartment is properly equipped, the bedding is very comfortable and the central heating is a plus for rainy days! Recommended without a second thought!

Federico and Carolina were very attentive, the apartment was very nice and comfortable. The box with toys is also very much appreciated, as my son was quite entertained playing.

We loved the apartment. It was comfortable, it was very clean and with an exquisite aroma at the time of entry. We contacted Vicente to enter at night and the Check In was very simple, with all the steps very clear. We were struck by the spaciousness of the American kitchen table which allowed us to cook with very good space. Comfortable beds, impeccable bathrooms, everything clean and for immediate use. The location we love, quickly you reach the center of Pucón and better yet at the volcano. Definitely highly recommended and we will be back!!

Everything was excellent! The apartment's location is very good, close to a supermarket and an outlet. The apartment complex has private security. Diego's service was excellent, super clear in the check-in instructions and friendly. 10 points!

Excellent service. The place is centrally located and quiet, and I would also highlight the cleanliness and organization of the apartment. Hosts respond very quickly with very clear directions.

We were very happy with the place, everything was impeccable and it was clear that they take great care of the space. We didn't hear any annoying noise from any other apartment and the location is great for going out to the lake in the mornings. Apartment in a very quiet environment, Carol was very attentive and gave us a lot of information on where to go and what to do in Pucón. The concierges at the condo are very nice. The place is pretty close to downtown Pucon and has a lot of greenery. Ideal to rest and disconnect a little.

The apartment was very nice and cozy, with a spectacular view, a good location and everything you need to be comfortable and enjoy yourself. We had a great time during the stay. Although we didn't have much communication with the host on the app, her father was very kind and attentive, he welcomed us very warmly and helped us with everything we needed.

We went to celebrate 25 years of marriage. The place is beautiful with lots of well-kept details, a great location, quiet and a spectacular view of the volcano and Lake Villarrica. We hope to be back soon.
