The stay at Phil's house was excellent! Starting with the location in a quiet area with a spectacular beach a doorman away listening to the noise of the waves, the pool, the games for the children and adults, the bathrooms practically that in every bedroom, the friendliness of Luana and Patricia in the administration of cleaning and cooking, added to Phil's prompt willingness to help us with anything, made our experience fabulous. It was an incredible vacation. God willing, we'll be back soon!

Wonderful house! Much better than in the amazing photos. Gilberto is super attentive and helpful. And this time we can still count on the amazing Ingrid to help with the cleaning and food routine. Our second stay, and we'll be back more often.

I can say that we felt at home. Everything that was advertised was in agreement. The apartment is great, everything is very clean, it has everything we need in the kitchen, bed linen, bath. It has beach chairs and umbrellas. Bedroom closet and dresser that fits all the clothes we brought. A delightful balcony overlooking the main avenue. All shops nearby and the beach a step away from the apartment. The building staff always request, giving all the information we want with courtesy and promptness. As for Michele, a lovely hostess, concerned with our well-being, always asking if we needed anything. I highly recommend it, everything was perfect. We thank Michele for all the attention. We'll be back soon.

Very comfortable house, as advertised, facing a beach with a good strip of sand. Quiet and very pleasant location, with markets, bakery and other shops nearby, so you can walk around without any problems. Vinícius' house is great for those who want to rest from daily stress, being in a beach region without turmoil, regardless of the day. Waking up to the sound of the sea and fresh wind, too good.

The house is perfect for relaxing and disconnecting, the backyard has a great space for pets and children! The space is very organized, clean and has everything you need and the neighborhood is very quiet. We have enjoyed a lot of dry beach and we will definitely return! 💖

We simply loved Fabiana's house, just like the photos, and it goes beyond that, clean, fragrant, organized house, soft and fragrant clean linens, fully equipped house. And waking up every day with a view of the lagoon was very wonderful, my little one loved the pool, I certainly recommend this accommodation and as soon as possible we will return, Fabiana always responding quickly, and I can't forget Lilian who welcomed us very well, we can only thank you.

What a delightful trip! The house is even better than in the photos! The house is such a great event, a house that looks like a house, you know?! Everything clean, very good structure, equipped kitchen, appliances, white towels, sheets, fans, cutlery, dishes, everything very good! Ana is a very accessible, flexible host, a lovely person, she responds promptly, answered our questions and helped us when needed! High point: beautiful beaches near the house. Praia do Sol is a 6-minute drive, perfect for families. Beautiful beach 14 minutes by car, wonderful too. Negative point: sometimes the bad smell from the lagoon got a little stronger.

We were very well received by Rose! Very attentive and did everything to make us feel at home and promptly responded to our requests. Rose is a 10!! The location of the house is excellent. And we were very lucky because the condominium was empty when we arrived. Which meant a lot of peace of mind. With the condominium full, I think we would have less privacy. We had a very pleasant 5 days! Thank you!

The accommodation exceeded expectations, the reception held by Mrs. Laine was extremely cordial. The property is impeccable, with a wonderful view surpassing any expectation. Extremely comfortable, cozy, safe for children and meets the needs well. However, we had two issues: the excessive presence of insects that caused great discomfort throughout the stay and required the constant use of repellents and even the use of smoke as an alternative control measure, especially due to the presence of children with allergic sensitivity. Another point was the fluctuation in the supply of electricity, there were frequent power outages, especially at night, which aggravated the situation of discomfort caused by mosquitoes. However, we also understand that these issues are unforeseen and beyond the host's control. Apart from these two aspects, the house was an incredible experience in terms of structure, comfort and service.

Spectacular, We are a family that was amazed by the apartment and its privileged view. Regarding cleanliness, the concern is very noticeable, all the appliances are in perfect condition. You can feel the comfort of your own home and more. I recommend the place 100% and its hosts are always available to help. The location is exactly as per the photos. The location is only accessible by car (unless you are willing to take a long walk on hills), as the place is located inside a condominium in the hills (the same one where the beaches of Pontal do Atalaia are located, the one famous for the staircase), we found the place safe, surrounded by woods, lots of nature and beautiful landscapes. We went on a Monday, so it was empty, we had a very private experience, and it was great. The next day, other guests started arriving in the neighboring lofts, which no longer made us so comfortable, due to the whirlpool being external. Other than that, everything perfect. A few more points to Filipe who works with Ereni, he is wonderful, super proactive and dedicated to making hosting an excellent experience! I would definitely come back!

My experience at Casa Atenas was excellent! The house is exactly as shown in the photos — spacious, well-equipped, clean and very cozy. A special highlight is the wonderful view from the balcony, perfect for relaxing at the end of the day. In addition, the host was very attentive, helpful and always available to help with any questions. I highly recommend the stay and will definitely be back on my next visit to Arraial do Cabo!

In addition to being a cute and super well equipped and clean, it is perfect for those who do kitesurfing… From the terrace and windows it is possible to see one of the kite points. Very nice ! House in a WONDERFUL condo. Mr. Júlio, Patrícia and Beto extremely attentive. The house is better than the photos. A huge terrain facing the lagoon. Children's may be loose without any worries. The water is shallow for many, many meters . 6 suites with air that cooled mto well. Large bathrooms. Very well equipped kitchen and has a fridge in the kitchen and balcony. Alem do freezer. Lawn in front and football pitch behind which the children loved. The terrain tb accommodated the 6 cars that were. I don't have anything to say. I suffered to come away. What a delightful place.
