Vacation rentals with a patio in Araraquara

I was surprised by what I found, a clean, organized apartment, everything new, I felt at home, a clean and organized condominium, friendly and polite residents, a 10-star concierge, all the questions I had were clarified with all the education, Maria do Carmo an incredible, friendly, helpful person, 1000 stars. When I return to Araraquara, I will definitely stay at the property.

The stay was wonderful, the Host is super present and gave several directions. The apartment is super comfortable, practical and well distributed. When we arrived everything was clean and working, when we needed it was very easy to talk to Host and she proactively resolved. Thank you very much for the reception. The building is a bit too strict about living standards, but it didn't get in the way of our stay even though it was at the college games and it's not the host's fault. In general, very nice! Let's go back for sure!!!

The apartment is excellent, has everything you need, very clean and organized, the neighborhood is great and the location is super suitable near a pharmacy, market, bakery, square with places to walk, and João and Carla his wife are very attentive, polite and quick to respond. I was in the apartment eu + 2 adults + baby + small pet, we stayed from Saturday to Sunday and the guest was flexible at check out. Everything was clean and organized. At the reception of the building, the doorman told me that he would have a fee of 10 reais to park, but he did not charge me for mentioning that parking was included in the reservation. We walked on foot in a spike and market. In the minibar there are drinks and on the rack there are snacks that are charged separately. The pillows and bedding were good, I slept in the double bed with the baby and 1 person slept at the bottom of the treliche and the other one on the mattress on the floor. You need to bring towels. It is similar to a quarter of the Ibis but has a mini kitchen together. We are pleased with the stay and if need we will be back.

We had a very pleasant stay over a weekend. The house faithfully matches the photos, with a well-organized and equipped environment. All items described are present, which contributed to a positive experience. The attention of Maria Inês, mother of the host Ricardo, was excellent, she was very helpful and attentive during our stay. For what it proposes, the house super met our expectations.

We loved the time we spent at the house, rented for the Easter holiday. Sidney treated us very well, very helpful and kind. The house is even better than in the photos, very cozy. I hope to return soon.

i risk to say it's the best place for Carlos on Airbnb villas are amazing and very helpful people i was delighted with the birds that come to feed on the fence and with the interior and exterior space my tip is that they have more kitchen utensils i'll come back more often for sure

This is the second time we've stayed at the house, very close to my family's house, quiet neighborhood, impeccable house with everything we needed available, nice-smelling bedding, we really enjoyed the holiday with family and with our dog...we love the hammock, the studio and the kindness of the hostess who was flexible at check-in and always responded to us quickly, we'll be back more often

Getting to know the Uvaia House was a grateful experience! She is much more cozy and tasty in person than she shows in the pictures. Everything is impeccable, clean and well-equipped. Beautiful space with barbecue to enjoy with family and friends. In the suite, it has a huge and comfortable bed. The hydromassage is also a delight. Andrea and her mother are wonderful, super attentive and friendly, they served us very well. We'll come back more often for sure! We love everything!

The house is much larger than in the photos, extremely spacious. Camilla was very helpful, kind and flexible! I will definitely book with her again.
